They charge me 100 to mount & balance tires. Ther were not balanced, paid another 80 at another place to get it done right. Told the owner & he said he would return 40.00 but now he ghosting me. Guess im just screwed. It's a shame I've been going there for 8-9 years. Not ever again!!!

Make me understand how the junkies that work here are adding $5 tips on each tire they sell... IS THAT AGAINST THE LAW? YOU say your tires are $40 then your employee tells us $45... and then I see another junkie pull up with a bunch of USED tires ( this was late night) and asked was he going to buy them... So is this where your getting your tires? There not of good quality only last 2-3 weeks... and where did they get those tires on the side of the road? YOUR TIRES ARE TRASH AND GET CLEAN EMPLOYEES THAT ARE NOT ADDING ON $5 FOR THEM TO POCKET. And the OWNER knows what's going on... GET BETTER QUALITY TIRES AND HAVE YOUR EMPLOYEES STOP ADDING $5 FOR A TIP! MIGHT AS WELL GO TO DISCOUNT. OWNER YOUR TIRES ARE TRASH JUST LIKE YOUR STRUNG OUT EMPLOYEES

Stopped in for service and after paying full price for it, the tech that assisted me gave me a very dirty look and huffing like where's my tip! I had barely finished paying. In fact how did he even know I didn't intend to? Should I feel rushed to dig into my pockets for more? I mean I was still trying to finish wrapping things up there. Furthermore.. Why is the expectation set when a customer without having to feel obligated, coerced by dirty looks or guilty because just maybe they don't have the means to perhaps tip. Did that occur to them? BTW, I seen people sleeping in the adjacent BK parking lot and had they needed service would that expected by someone down on their luck if they didn't tip or have the means to! Geesh! I would have gladly given a five-star review, and a great tip had it not be visually expected. The tech ruined this for me, and by the way the owner seems to be a nice guy, which pains me to not to.

Very unprofessional and arrogant people, expect to wait 15 mins before getting assisted and also expect to carry and put your spare tire back in the trunk.

Got a flat on the highway saw this shop. Biggest mistake ever. They broke my lugs taking off my tire then tried to deny I even had lugs on my tire. Like really? Still waiting for this to be fixed.

Came in for a flat tire they break my lug off then act as if there was never a lug there. Had to call the police. Really had to call the police. And they still refused to admit fault. Everyone pretends to not speak English.

I visited this business because I needed to replace a tire for my vehicle. I was greeted immediately and cordially. I was given a fair price for the service and was out of there with a new tire on my vehicle within 20-30 minutes. The manager came out and spoke with me personally and was also the one who took care of me. He was very courteous, friendly and did a perfect job! I will definitely return to this business and recommend it to family & friends!

I bought 4 tires here and two of them were not good. I called the next day and spoke to Yolanda. She told me to bring the car in and they would take care of it. I brought it in and the replaced both tires without a problem. Thank you so much for the great customer service!!

Went there because my tire had a bubble.They gave me two used damaged tires for 90$/Stripped my stud and put a different lug nut on my car without me knowing. Since I left the tire shop my two front tires have been shaking more violently And that gives me a different problem to solve. So thank you.

Pulled in at 10:15 P.M. with a tire that was rapidly leaking air. Gary was able to locate a huge nail in the tire, plugged it and had me on my way within 15 minutes! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
