BEWARE! This is the same company as 500 MOVE! They operate a couple of moving companies under same DOT number! They increased price by several thousand dollars the day of the move! When items arrived several days later, boxes had been torn open and rummaged through! A diamond cluster ring and gold wedding band were stolen and clasp broken off another jewelry box! Police report has been filed!

I used this company to move from Arizona to Colorado many years ago, and someone from their agency stole 600 dollars worth of jewelry and some worth much more in sentimental valuable. When contacted, they said because I didn't purchase insurance, all they could do was offer me 45 dollars. Wish I could give a negative review.

This Company is NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! Came down from Seattle to retrieve my belongings from FIRST CHOICE MOVING STORAGE FACILITY. LIKE THE OTHERS MY BOXES HAD BEEN BROKEN OPEN. MY ANTIQUE BUFFET BACK LEG WAS BROKEN. Because FIRST CHOICE MOVING STORAGE WAREHOUSE was Just a WAREHOUSE. My UPRIGHT PIANO SOUND BOARD was compromised . My Organ ended up with one of the base bellows broken. My kitchen boxes had no pans? I backed them... picked my goods up in 2011. Why review a decade later? Well, my Buffet was never the same piano and organ given away to Charity. Huge lose for me to this day.. Not to mention the ever changing price I paid!!! Look around... check around..... if you value your Move!!!!

Worthless thieves. And broke all my stuff. They will tell you your stuff is on the way but will later say it's going to be delayed because actually they are looking through all of your stuff to steal your tools and anything else of value. They are not careful table and all glass items were broken. They'll get what's coming to them.

If I could give this moving service less than one I would. They have the worst customer service that I have been involved with in a very long time. They promise follow-up (Lisa) and never deliver and now I am having to argue with them to receive my $200 deposit back for a move I decided to cancel with them. When I called today upset because I have waited 2 weeks for my $200 check I was angry and was told by Stephanie the person that cuts the checks will call me tomorrow. Another stall tactic.

It took over 30 days to get my stuff and when it arrived, a wall fountain was broken and a silk palm tree was missing. I was also told the total cost for the move would be the minimum charge of 1500.00. The email they sent made it clear, 1500.00 was the price. This price was "firm" in the email. When they arrived at my house, they immediately added 200.00, saying several of my things need to be wrapped and boxed, even tho I had confirmed with them they would be wrapping and boxing a few of my items at mo additional charge. So what are we supposed to do at that point? Tell them to leave? No, we have to pay, regardless of what they add on the day they show up. No time to dispute, we flew in for this move and were flying out the next day. Grrrrrr. Oh yeah, and after filling out a ton of paperwork, I was offered just 21.00 for the loss of my items, a low estimate of 350.00 was sent to them. And this pitiful amount required a notary signature along with mine on the form! They'll say anything to get you to go with them upon first contact, making sure they undercut their competitors but when they show up, expect additional charge. BEWARE!

I rarely write a bad review but when I do its really bad. If I can rate this buisness as no star, I would! Be aware- this is probably the worst moving company ever! They dont even have supplies! They only have paper and uses uour grocery to cushion your stuff! Omg! They charge so expensive and they only have papers to protect your valuables! They dont have regard to your belongings and tosses it without even have the slightest regards to others' belongings! They should not be in this business and should close down! How can you run a business like this? I paid a high amount and they dont even have a bubble wrap? They only use paper and blanket.. so your pots and pans will be together with your fragile glass pots! OMG! They took out my TV and other things outside under the sun to be exposed, leave it there and do other things.. No organizational skills! Jumps from one activity to the other... Josh was so arrogant that he never broke anything.. But I bet the stuff he moves are full of scratches and dings! Ugh! DO NOT USE this COMPANY! This is the WORof the WORST company to use for moving!

Since I am not one who is familiar with boxes and how to provide sizes, I did the best I could do. The quote was $1700 but I called to increase that I had more items to add. When they got to my house he said none of this is on your inventory list, grant it I did have a few more boxes added on, but not 1600 dollar more, which I was charged. When the items were dropped off at my house, my dresser was damaged and other small items were lost or broken. The heartful piece was my husband father passed away last year, and the robe was not in any boxes. Lastly, my husband expensive shows along with my sons shoes were all in a chest, unlocked but you would need to really press to get it open. In the chest it was packed with all tennis shoes all either new or worn a couple of times GONE! Called the company no empathy, I was just informed to call in a claim. Mind you your only reimbursed .60 cents per pound. It's sad that the items of value were stolen and not lost. Stephanie who answers the phone mention she understands my frustration. I informed her no she doesn't as she has not provided any empathy, or even showed she cared about what I mentioned to her on two different occasions. Please do not waste your time.

This is the worst company you could go with. I would avoid working with them. Their employees are NOT educated on all their pricing. They mislead people with how they explain their services. They have poor communication and are unprofessional. I've been waiting for my belongings for 3 weeks, and I have asked in MULTIPLE emails for someone to call me. I asked for Arik to call me, I asked for their general manager to call me and no one has called me. They are quick to collect your money but are slow to provide customer service and CLEAR communication regarding your belongings. They don't care for their customers. I've spoke with lisa who never quoted me an expedited cost because she admitted she did not know any. First time I speak with Stephanie she lets me know if I had paid for expedited shipping I wouldn't be waiting so long. When I let her know NO ONE provided me with that option she had nothing to say. I will never recommend them.

I spoke with Monica, and she managed to get me an appointment last minute. She was very friendly and made sure to explain everything and how much it would cost and assured me there would be no hidden costs involved. On the moving day, Peter, James and Chris showed up. They were quick and professional, didn't waste anytime. They made my moving experience easier and non stressful.

After my move, I had to post about how awesome this company is. My movers were Tom, Austin, and Justin. They helped me move a 2 bed/2 bath apartment into storage. They were thoughtful and kind and very gentle with the furniture. It was a stressful situation for me, and they made it all very simple and easy. The price was up front with no hidden fees and I will recommend them and will use them again if I need movers.

For straightforward and simple process with no hidden charges, its best to come in contact with 1st Choice Moving & Storage and his team which were very polite, quick and supportive throughout the process. Definitely will recommend them to people.

1st Choice Moving & Storage is full of talented people and hardworking team for sure but they are still less in this growing time as I faced a problem with it. I would advice them to hire more crew as packing and wrapping took a lot of the time because of less team but still I could not be more happier.

The worst moving company in Arizona. Many items such as chairs and children's play places damaged in the move. And I had a box, that the workers saw me pack my PS4 Pro in, opened and re-taped closed with my PS4 and about $1000 of other electronics stolen from me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EDIT: It's in my brother in laws name and I'm attempting to use your claim services however it's archaic and absolutely atrocious that it all has to be done by mail. And when my claim finally goes through I know I'll be offered an amount that is going to be nothing but disrespectful for items that were stolen. I should be getting a full reimbursement for the items, not a depreciative amount.

Your response is a complete and utter lie. Emailed stephanie on 8/24 advised that I was ready to accept the delivery in 8/25 I didn't receive it until 10/3 that's 39 days. So don't try to give some bull crap about it was delivered within 31 days. Secondly don't cry China flu we've been living with this for 8 months if you haven't figured it out yet final another line of work. You're company is a disgrace. Oh and your claims dept pretty much told me tough s*** and offered me 10 cents on the dollar for the items you damaged and lost. The blatant lying is amazing
