Been a mechanic for 26 years. These guys are bogus junk dealers. Both locations. Complete waste of time getting anything good from here. I'll drive out of state before I go to them again.
Then want to act like they want to fight there customers when they get called out for not performing.. losers all the way.
Update.. my customer had them deliver the unit so he wouldn't lose a restock fee, for something we never even set eyes on by the way. The case leaks soon as I tried to fill it. Good job guys.

I called for a price on a number of parts and the quotes they gave me were comparable to brand new OEM prices. And when I asked why the price is almost exactly the same as OEM parts the lady on the phone got an attitude and told me I was wrong. Safe yourself the time and money and go somewhere else or just buy the parts new.

These people are a scam JR is a scam artist they said part was $150 when we get there they now want over $300 when i can get a new part for the same price with a life time warranty.Apparently they do this so much they cant remember who had what part. You knew exactly what it was your buddy from another shop called you and verified you had it and how much. So stop with your game and your lies ( as you can tell from the other reviews this isn't the first time ) Your just a scummy shady scam artist that try's to take advantage of people. Crooks like you will get karma in the long run.Just STRONGLY ADVISIE ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY from this shady scam artist of a "sCRAP yard"

Purchased a used engine for a customer of mine. Took two weeks to receive and when we did get it we find out that it was a VVT engine that had had the solenoids removed and a non VVT valve cover installed! That is not cool! Downright fraudulent! Waiting now three weeks for another engine that they say is on it's way, four days to travel 100 miles from Phoenix to Tucson. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I purchased a transmission here and was initially pleased with the way Junior resolved a small issue in the overall experience...Update 1:The Transmission shop doing the swap/install has informed me that the transmission is MISSING REVERSE GEAR...Update 2:After many weeks, an alternative transmission was provided to the shop by Junior...My vehicle is now running... however the labor costs are not just to take out the original and put in the transmission that was then found to be missing reverse but now also the labor to take that transmission missing reverse out and put in the 2nd transmission that Junior supplied that is now in the vehicle.Lots of labor costs that 1st Choice Auto #2 caused by selling a transmission missing reverse in the first place... that allegedly I am stuck paying for?Given the above facts I can't recommend anyone buy parts here...Update 3 (reply to owner):Understood that labor costs aren't covered on the initial purchase.If it were me & my business (and I am a business owner myself) I'd cover some labor costs on the removal of the 1st faulty transmission and install of the 2nd -- as the initial sale had a problem. Your decision to cover $0 in labor and stick me with the entire portion was the difference between a 5 star review for all issues properly & fairly solved instead of a 1 star review.I'm open to improving the review of the resolution to additional labor costs should you change your mind.Covering some of the labor costs would change things from 1 star to 3-5 depending on the extent of your prioritizing the bigger picture for you, and doing right by the customer.Let me know what you decide??♂️

We had a perfect experience with 1st Choice Auto Parts #2. My 2005 Toyota Corolla needed a new manual transmission. They knew right away that they had one, pulled it out of the vehicle, and shipped it to our location. The shop that installed it told us that it was in excellent condition. Thankfully, we have the car back now, and it feels brand new. Not only is the part great, but Noel provided superior customer service. She was knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, empathetic, and friendly. Noel is an ideal representation for 1st Choice Auto Parts #2, and if you have the chance, we highly recommend that you choose to interact and do business with them.

No rating less than 1 star or I would give it. We ordered an engine from these scammers. When it arrived my master technician stated that it looked like it had more mileage than was being claimed by 1st choice. But after speaking with our long time client decided to install it anyway due to a strong need from our client to give the vehicle to his child. The engine blew a head gasket in less than 90 days and these scammers are being totally uncooperative and want me to return the engine for "their inspection" and approval of replacement. They expect me to pay for shipping both ways IF they approved the warranty which this company is known for not honoring. It's plain to see why they have what could be called a generous 2 star rating on google and an F rating with the BBB. F! I cannot even imagine how hard they must work to get an F rating. If you do the right thing you'll have an A to start, so they would clearly have to work very hard to get an F. They've been incredibly rude and disrespectful, caused serious repair delays and given nothing but excuses for their bad behavior. After I called out the the person I've been texting with for inconsistencies she stated, "I'm not the owner and don't speak for the company". Well yes you do, when you are communicating with a customer you are speaking as a representative of your business. During one phone conversation the owner could be clearly heard in the background prompting you what to say. The owner doesn't handle customer issues because his English is terrible and he's hard to understand and is also extremely rude the one time I spoke with him. Run away from this place as fast as you can!

Stay far away from these thieves. I needed a transmission for my Mercedes. Omar from First Choice was my contact at this place. Said he had a transmission with only 65,000 miles. I asked for the VIN so I can pull the carfax on the vehicle and verify miles. Omar said the car has been crushed and no VIN is available. I said there must be a record of the car that come into your business that you removed parts from. Amazingly this place has no records so apparantly they can not prove the miles on any engine or transmission. Against my better judgement I purchase the transmission. It was delivered dirty and rusty. After instalation in made a load noise. I contacted Omar he asked for proof. While my mechanic had the car in the air on the lift he recorded the video of a loud whining noise coming from the transmission. I sent the video to Omar. Omar said he talked to the big boss and refused to refund my money. They did offer another transmission however I do not trust any parts from this place. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

I had a terrible experience with this junkyard customer service. The young guy was incredibly rude, and they wanted to overcharged me for used part. It felt like they were taking advantage of the situation, Rather paid full price at the dealer than the ridiculous prices. I would strongly advise to take your business somewhere else, avoid at all cost

Be careful with these people I got another customer that he went to the junkyard and she buy a engine computer and the computer it was full of corrosion inside of water and they tell him that that was the it was not the one that gave him and they make make a big drama so they can return the money to him they tell him come tomorrow and he went and then come next day and then he went and then come next day he takes like 2 weeks so they can return the money and they keep the 20%
