Any provider can provide good internet service, but what make Wyyerd different is amazing customer service. I've never had to wait more than a minute, if that. When you call, you only have two options, not a nested menu of options that take time to work through. Option 1 is help if the service is down or you're having problems and option 2 is all other issues. Then a very short notice that the call is recorded.When you talk to a person, they're always friendly and helpful. I recommend Wyyerd to anyone looking to purchase or change internet providers.

Called to get a new modem and faster internet with a business line. Not only did someone come out within two days, but Jared was amazing! Installed everything quickly, upgraded the router/modem and went down the street to fix our signal. I swear Wyyerd and Jared are the best!

They left a mess and left all my neighbors dirt and gravel on my property. after they finished. They did a uturn today on my driveway and left all there tire marks on it, you can crack the driveway with that load and if i get any hoa fines i will be reporting you to the city of goodyear. My cameras got the pictures and videos at 2:06 pm with a couple of seconds.

I've had Wyyerd internet for a few months now, and my experience has been very good. Not one outage so far, and the technician I had in particular, Jared, went out of his way to make our internet substantially better, and I highly recommend him.

I live in Sundial 2 El Mirage and according to previous construction plans, my area was to begin in March 2024...now they have pushed it back to service being ready 2025...smh I've been ready to leave Cox for 6 months..lol

I was having difficulty with searching on my computer (1 certain page would not open). I called in, Guy answered right away and started working through a process and solved the problem in a few minutes. Very happy with the customer service and glad I switched from century link. All of my devices have worked well since switching.

We love the Wyyred internet service! Download and upload speeds are fantastic and it runs smoothly all the time! I called customer support to ask about setting up bill pay and spoke with Jackie. She was super friendly and helpful! This company seems to be doing everything right! So glad to finally have high speed internet options in our area!

They are putting fiber in my neighborhood and broke my internet line yesterday and don't want to take responsibility for it!!! From what I've been told their motto is just get it in the ground and to hell with anything broken. My wife works from home so she's lost a lot of $. Totally did not do what they said about fixing it. This caused a lot of stress. You guys totally suck!!!

10/10 would recommend the install technician Kyle. He was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and communicative. He helped me get everything set up on my end, and the transition from the previous router was seamless. If he is a reflection of the company even on the smallest level, I’m stoked.As far as the fiber itself, so far so good. Speeds are reading right where we were told they would and that’s all we can ask for.

They did construction on my street. They left a piece of equipment in the neighbors across from me driveway unattended and beeping like it was backing up for over an hour with nobody even near the equipment. Verry annoying.

WyYerd Is like dealing with companies of the past. You talk to personnel, not a recording. The people are polite, happy, helpful AND do what they say they are going to do, not only on time, but by calling to let you know they are on schedule. The job done at my home was done timely, efficiently, and with care. I have dealt with the office personnel a few times and each time I was comfortable in doing so. Id love to mention names, however, I am not sure this is acceptable. If I hear differently, I will post. I cannot say enough about the service personnel. A BIG thank you to this company. The area I live in will get an earful of positives from me.Here are the names of WyYerd personnel who went out of their way to make my install dates go perfectly: Alisa, my office calls were patiently addressed. She was kind and caring, something we need more of. Others in the office as well, however, I neglected to get their name. The service personnel: Giovanni, John, and Steve. All three played their part in making this a great experience. Steve went above and beyond to make sure “everything” was addressed. Thank you……all!
