Nothing but polite and expediate in their work. Very willing to work with and help out the customer. They got me out of there in almost 30 minutes. Would recommend, I can't thank them enough.”

“This Discount Tire has the best customer service I ever seen! I came in because of the free flat tire repair, I had a screw in my tire and it was almost 5:30pm in the afternoon, I feared of being turned away because the time was so close to closing. Brant assisted me with no problem. He assessed the situation, took a look at all 4 tires gave me his recommendation and took my car in. When looking at my tires he asks me about myself and how I was doing and he sure did spread some positivity while talking (Very kind and it left an impression)
While waiting in the lobby, I watch and hear another young man named Sebastian answer the phone with kindness (again so close to closing and tells the customer over the phone, come on in we'll help you) Later offers everyone in the lobby some water. I continue to watch the guys outside through the window and see the hard work of these young men running back and forth knocking out all these cars and handing over the keys once completed! This store is doing something great, it looks like this store has all good guys working here! Just thought I'd share.”

“I had a nail in one of my tires. Around noon on a Saturday I came here for the first time as a walking customer and they took my info very quickly. To get my tire fixed took about 40 minutes because they had additional people in front of me. Fernando was nice and helpful and offered me to repair my back windshield wipers. He mentioned the installation is free! ?

“David and Jesse are amazing! They take the time to explain everything they have done and what is needed. They answer any questions you may have. My car was having an electrical issue. They took the time to check every sensor and followed every wire in the wire harness. Just to make sure every wire and sensor were working properly and without damage. This is the only place I will go. Thank you!”
