If I could leave no stars I would I had ordered my husband a new set of clippers and everything I think he would need for his birthday gift. We had the day planned out and I didn't have anytime to come in too pick up his gift. So I asked my brother and law too go gave the company a call and told them who's coming to pick up the order since we couldn't, once he gets there they ask him for id ok nothing to worry about then they want to ask me to send them a picture of my ID!? I don't just send people my information too have stored in there phone, I did anyway cause I was desperate and no response !!! They didn't state that I when I ordered the products so why ask now ?? They ruined my husband birthday and I end up not evening being able too give him a gift because of this I'm devastated and want this too be fixed asap!!

The owner of this shop has bad dealings with the customer, I bought a lot of things from him, and when I wanted to return a piece of razor blade because I found a piece of razor blade on the eBay site is much cheaper, he quarreled with me and he did not want to return the razor blade even though I did not use it and it was still new and I hope everyone does not hurry And he buys from these stores because on the eBay and Amazon there are the same things at the lowest price

Last time I spend money here shame because it's a good business but the return/exchange policy kinda sucks, Bought a straight razor from them when I got too the shop I notice the blade stuck out too much had my receipt in hand n wouldn't want to exchange it I wasn't even asking for my money back I'll just b making the drive to rubinovs from now on

I want to say I am very impressed with customer service I ordered some barber capes last month and there was an issue with it . I was contacted right away and they fixed the problem ASAP ! .. they were very respectful and very professional I will continue to order from here.. they will always have my business .. 5 star for sure !
