This location is by far the worst branch when it come to minority. Save the embarrassment by going to a different location. The lack of help is terrible, they will just throw off just to pretend that they are helping but really not.

The best part for WF? Nothing! There are other big(ger) banks and lots of smaller ones. This bank does not care, makes err on 80 per - of my - transactions, AND won't even apologize - much less fix the wrong crap they do. Jack___es. Useless. Dangerous. Terrible.

It's nice to have banking choices.. I don't think you'll find very many five stars at this bank. They are some of the rudest inconsiderate bankers I have ever had the privilege of meeting... I don't think I need to say anything more you'll see ! When you get the opportunity to meet the finest, they have the offer ....

I never leave reviews but this branch is literally the worst in the northwest valley. As a business owner and a customer of Wells Fargo since 2004 we’ve tried several times to give them a chance and every single time they fail us. It’s embarrassing to say the least from an established corporate bank. Other Wells Fargo branches take care of their customers immediately and offer great customer service just NOT this branch.

Several services are not available without an appointment. They seem to be saving money by having less people. I couldn't get a notary without appointment. Went to US Bank in a Frys. No problem! Instantly helped me. Long hold times, even for cashiers check from another bank. They seem to be doing a good job making money for themselves, but customers don't get any of it. I've been with them over 30 years. Pulling out once I can find a better bank. Didn't used to be like this.

We used this branch for a notary of some very important and time sensitive paperwork. According to our lender, the notary did not notarize the paperwork properly. We are now in a mad rush to re-notarize the paperwork and overnight it to our lender before the deadline. When we went back to the branch for their help and another notary not only would the bankers not help us, but they were snotty and acted as if we were the ones who messed up the notary. It is infuriating that we trusted them, could now possibly loose our home, and they are unapologetic.

Giving them a one star is pretty generous of anyone really because the amount of times I’ve had problems with these guys is insane not to mention the times I’ve called and had to wait over two hours for a person to speak to me. Glad I changed banks.
