I bought 4 sheds from old hickory sheds and I couldn’t be any happier with the entire process. Jill and Adam are incredible professionals and have gone the extra mile to accommodate every need and request I had. The design, quality of the shed, customer service and delivery were top notch.I read a few negative reviews before purchasing my sheds and I was a bit concerned of what to expect . My experience has been incredible positive and I highly recommend them.If you are thinking of purchasing a Quality shed at a reasonable price old hickory sheds is the best company .

The star is for the good shed. The lack of stars is for the delivery saga we went through. Their equipment is underpowered for rural delivery, and the mule cannot handle soft clay or rocky soil. They really should either provide better equipment and pay for the delivery people, or limit their sales to paved road only. Glad it's over. Hindsight, would have built a shed ourselves, would have saved time, money, convenience, and emotional damage.

If I had left a review in June 2020 it would have been a 5. We have 6 total bldgs. ***y refused to make a metal siding lofted barn cabin in Aug 2020. Reluctantly we agreed to wood siding. At the same time we ordered a 12x32 garage. *** cabin was delivered and within 1 mo the paint was clouded over and we made a warranty claim. 2 mo later the garage was delivered and the driver couldn't get one of the roll up doors to work. We made a warranty claim. We are now 17 mo later for the paint issue and 15 mo later on the door issue and still nothing on the warranty claims. At this point I won't let them on my property if they did contact me. Buyer beware - they refuse to stand behind their products. *** wood building has nail heads sunk too deep and they were supposed to putty per our request when we ordered the bldg. *** wood will deteriorate as a result. We spent an entire day sealing the exterior of the building because they do nothing for that. *** amount of work required to maintain a wood bldg is a lot so keep that in mind. *** paint ***** as it is Hunter Green and has a white cloudy film on it. ***y simply do not stand behind their work/product.

Shed was delivered damaged. Hands down the absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed.These people have done nothing but hand out excuses and attitude from the Regional manager down to the repair guy.. You know that saying. $&@? Rolls down hill. Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere. If I could give ZERO I would.

I purchased a 10x20 shed with a roll up door, at delivery first thing I noticed was the poor quality finish on the exterior. The nail heads were sunk in too deep and they were not patched over, so when the poor quality spray paint job was done, you see nail heads everywhere that will soon rust leaving rust streaks running down the sides. Also any painter will tell you back rolling a spray paint job will increase coating and coverage. After about a week I noticed the roll up door was not operating the same, I assumed it was the seal causing the door to drag a little when opening or closing it. Now three weeks later I open the door and a bolt falls to the floor in front of me. I inspect the door hardware and notice that all but 2 fasteners had come out and the last 2 were holding on by just one thread. I called the dealer and he promptly promised he would contact the manufacturer. Still no reply. The door had been installed with 1 inch long lag screws while they were run into the side of a 2x4 which is 3 1/2 inches wide, cost cutting I suppose. I was forced to repair the door myself because of the danger of it falling to the ground. Like I said, still no reply, so much for the warranty. Workmanship and attention to detail is lacking!... Great sheds! Mine came in perfect condition. Bought it through richards garden center. Great people there and weatherking customer service was great! Had issues with permitting and weatherking helped me out! Top notch! Thanks again for the great building.

Made an appointment to move a shed , didn't show or call , was not On list for the day , after some rearranging .They came and moved the shed It was late in evening but they Came for that aloan I give them a 5

We are so pleased with our garage! First, with D&M portable buildings as your dealer. They were very helpful in our choices and even visited our home to look at logical placement. Then,the delivery process was amazing, done accurately, quickly, all within about a 2hr span of time. The quality of the building itself is A plus. , fine workmanship. P.s. Kyron was our excellent installer, professional and cordial!
