Once again my delivery was to the front door. Why don’t they follow directions. I now have a 40 pack of water that I can’t get in my house. I am pissed off!! This keeps happening. I’m really close to going to a different company. I need this resolved!!!😡

Horrible, the guy at exit is a complete disaster he detain us me and my husband and took our shopping cart away because she couldn't find more dog food in the receipt and him and security were coursing and saying things once I explained he need it to pay attention that those 2 bags were chicken food not dog food and yes they were in the receipt and I showed him and the security I asked for an apology and he kept saying fkit fkit and I was telling him no apologize security did said sorry but the emotional damage and distress and inconvenience is done! Horrible just horrible!
Note: the person at the exit he didn't like my husband and I believe he acted in retaliation and used security to enjoy the scene.

Was harassed by an employee this morning (2/7/25) for no reason. I used self checkout and got a digital receipt. I chose the option to not get a paper receipt. I get to the door and the greeter, a thin hispanic man with black hair, asks for my receipt so I show him the digital one directly from the link that Walmart texted me. At the top of the receipt it says "Show Exit Pass to associate to exit". He takes a look and starts scrolling on my phone and tells me it isn't a valid receipt and that I need to show him the paper receipt. We go back and forth and I tell him multiple times that I didn't get a paper receipt. He then turns to help someone else so I go to leave and he tells me I'm not allowed to leave and steps in my way. Finally when I told him to go ask the self checkout employee and review the cameras he let me go. I work in retail and completely understand the treatment these employees have to go through but this was absolutely unnecessary. How has a walmart greeter never seen a digital receipt? Ridiculous.

Placed an online order for a gift for my brother’s birthday. Got an email 2 hrs after estimated delivery time saying an attempt to deliver was made 3.5hrs previously. Which wasn’t true, I was home. Called and called and called and got the run around from the stores management. I asked why it wasn’t delivered and they said maybe the driver couldn’t find our house (The neighborhood Walmart down the street makes weekly deliveries to our house) They did eventually say it would be delivered within the hour. Now here we are 8hrs later still without my brother’s gift and no communication. Will I get the gift? IDK…… where is the package? Is it canceled? Is it on its way? Will I get refunded? I have no idea and no one was of any help. For a business that advertises fast reliable deliveries around the holidays, this sure has been an unpleasant experience

Super Walmart has most of what you need. Nice and clean. Only complaint is there are far more self check kiosks, than real cashiers. Update: In order to get more product in the store the shelves are stacked higher and you can't see the area signs for the different sections.
