Employee checking me out at garden center couldn't figure out how to check out my items then kept whispering under his breath weird things that me and my wife couldn't understand not sure why their hiring employees like that but won't be coming back here after weird interactions with the checkout employee that was rude and unfriendly.

Today, I remembered why I stopped shopping this store. They had one cashier. I know they push self checkout, but I won't do it. If we do, someone could lose employment or hours could be cut. Now, back to today, a lady had a cart full of small items causing me and the gentleman ahead of me to be in line for approximately 15 minutes plus. Employees walked around seeing the delay, but didn't open a register. Three ladies got in line behind me. In less than a minute, two cashiers came down and got the ladies. They left before the lady in front of me completed her purchase. I had one item for my grandson and unfortunately Target was the only one that had it. Never going to Target again. It's sad because that has always been our store.

Never buy anything on sale at Walmart! Especially electronics! They will not honor the sale price or an exchange! I bought a ROKU Streaming stick for the sale price of $29.99 which had a bad controller. It took me a couple of weeks to install it because I was sick. They only offered a refund only no exchange. I had to pay $39.99- $10. more because of defective product.That is 30% more. Imagine if that was a $1000.00 TV. It would cost you $300.00 extra because Walmart sold a defective product. Walmart does not stand behind their products. I am not sure their sale products aren't QC rejects.

I don't know who the hell hired all of the old people, but they need to get rid of them asap no rocky. I came in to do a return with no receipt and apparently it was over their limit and the lady just started to get more and more aggressive. It's such a shame to see those close to death act so ugly and immature. Don't let the casket hit ya on the way to hell.

Don't bother trying to get a hold of anyone on the phones. Called 4 times. All calls disconnected after 3 minutes except for one that was truly unprofessional. A young girl picked up the phone, oblivious to the fact that it was ringing and began to dial for an outgoing call. All this while yelling at one of her coworkers saying, "that's so f***ing ghetto!" All this to exchange a screen protector that they can't do because they didn't have anyone manning the customer service desk until 8am. No one else is trained to handle returns? They don't teach that in POS training? Be for real. I still have the stupid screen protector and zero effort done on Walmart's end.

This review is for the Minute Key machine services at this Walmart. Easy to use, and fast very convenient. Each standard key is 4 dollars and if you buy two you get a 3rd one for free. Also if you give them your email they will send you a discount code for 5 dollars.

Entered Walmart at Lake Pleasant and DeerValley at 10:30 store closes at 10:55 announcement was made. I quickly finished my shopping and headed to the register five minutes after 11. No employees in the front and all registers closed. Had to leave my basket and walk out. Extremely poor customer service. But I guess Walmart doesn't care about customer satisfaction.

I dId an online grocery pick up. I DID not order a 6 pack of salad dressing from a third party but yet I was charged and it was delivered to me. shopgourmet.com was the third party. They will only take return if I pay for shipping! This is utterly ridiculous! Neither Walmart or shopgourmet.com is taking responsibility for this error and the only way to fix it is for me to cover the shipping cost on something I didn't even order!!! Be careful about what is on your cart! They claim they cannot add stuff but I absolutely did not order this!!!!

21 checkout lanes and during peak hours they are staffing THREE.Why would anyone choose to shoplift when it takes me half an hour to buy a bloody Pepsi whether I want to use your goddamn self checkout or not? Shame on you. Staff your store correctly.

Check-out lines. It might be short, or you could be 14th in line. Express lines are even longer. It's not a one-time deal. It happens frequently at this store. If you've got a lot of extra time, come to this store.

On any given day there are workers stocking row after row with large carts taking up all the isle as people try to shop. What happened to stocking shelves at night when it was less crowded? If you fill your basket and make your way to checkout, forget actually having a checker to help you. The whole store has 2-3 lines open for checkout with multiple people waiting. Self check out, which is what they want tou to do, had a line of about 15 people in it also. I gave my cart to one of the five employees standing up front chatting while no one was working the checkout lines and went to Frys. Awful service.

Went to buy an item listed for clearance 21 dollars on the display unit. Item scanned at 50$ clerk called someone to come price check and he came up irritated and condescending towards us saying things are always in the wrong spot we must of looked in the wrong area or picked it up wrong. We showed employee they were wrong it's listed as 21$ on display unit and a manager came up scanned it said it's not the right item even though it was clearly posted next to the display model with the picture of item right next to price. We left without item because they refused to fix the price even with showing proof of display!

I avoid this place like the plague, but every once in a while the appeal of convenience makes me give it another shot. It's nice getting everything in one place, it's close, and it's cheap. But it never ends up worth it. For example, today I needed a few unrelated items and their website was offering curbside pickup... So I decided to give it a try. Big mistake. First of all, Walmart apparently offers curbside pickup, but they don't actually have anyone doing the job. I got the notice my order was ready, downloaded the app, checked in, drove to the store, and then... waited in my car for 30 min with nothing. Called the number, nothing. Went inside to store pickup and rang the pager... after quite a wait a gentleman finally came to help me, but then told me that they didn't register where my order was in the lockers so he would have to check all of them. After about ten minutes of this I had to leave since it had now been almost an hour and I was late picking my kids up from school. The cashier said he would find my order and would have my items out when I came back. When I came back, my order was there, but nobody was manning the service desk AGAIN. I spent almost 30 min ringing, paging, and asking people if they could help me while they avoided eye contact or just ran through and said they were sure someone else would come shortly. I have used a dozen store pickup service, this is the worst one ever. As an aside, this was my second attempt to use pickup from this location, the first was a similar disaster, although I requested in store pickup that time. I thought maybe they would have curbside down better... That is definitely not the case. In short, don't waste your time.

Tired to do an online order for curbside pickup (non grocery). Order placed just fine. Get to the store, park and check in. Wait.......and wait. Watch employees come out to help everyone that pulls in, except me. Finally able to get someone's attention, oh you are in the wrong place. You have to go around front. Ok do that, update my location and wait.......and wait. Not a single time during waiting (30+ minutes) did anyone attempt to bring my order out or contact me to find out where I was. Try calling the store, rings for a solid 2 minutes then busy signal. Called 8 times and no one ever picked up. Finally give up and go inside. No one at pick up. Push for service, no one. Wait some more. Finally went to customer service, oh no one came? No!!! We are going on 45 mins of waiting for a CURBSIDE pickup. Associate finally wanders over to the pickup counter and gets an attitude with me then can't find my order. Ended up canceling my order and getting nothing. I'll go to Target from now on. This store is terrible.

First and last time I do a grocery pickup here. Couldn't even check in because the phone number on their sign goes straight to a full voicemail box. Super disappointed in this experience, I just thought I'd try it for comparison to another store just north of here. I'm still sitting here for my one bag of items and I was able to do this review with spotty internet data.
