Ever increasing bad experiences with the pharmacy. Shut down all weekend and never notified they were reopened today as they said they would. Took 90% of my business to Fry's across the street (even cheaper), let's make it an even 100%!

Me and my wife we walked to this walgreens to get pictures of passport. Unfortunately we had a chance to deal with Micah which was very rude and unprofessional telling us that nobody is here to help us for 15 minutes which was a lie since Rhonda jumped on the situation and helped us out immediately. She was very nice very professional, and she was apologizing for her shift manager named Micah. Now I would like to follow a complaint on her since she's not nice and I don't think she deserves to be a shift manager. Very disappointed. Usually we come here and we never had issues

Just a heads up, don’t go to Walgreens if you have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. I showed them my ID card for my insurance and they wouldn’t let me fill my prescription because my ID card not have a PCN number. I’ve never had a problem filling prescription at any other pharmacy with my insurance ID card except for this location at Walgreens

The cashier named Rhonda was rude and spoke in a harsh and unprofessional manner. When I was returning an item, she didn’t know how to explain correctly and responded rudely to my puzzled look and abruptly phoned the manager. Ashanti is the manager at this store and all I can say is WOW!! Ashanti had such professionalism in helping me with my return, he was very kind, and understanding!! He showed such great customer service and did it with a smile and was glad to help out!! We need more people like Ashanti to make the world a kinder place!!!

As an avid costumer of Walgreens I was shocked by the lack of costumer service today. When at the pharmacy drive thru, do not scold people for something that is not instructed to be done. How is the costumer supposed to know the bell that says “RING FOR SERVICE” is not to be wrung and that we are expected to wait? The pharmacy tech had rolled her eyes at me and told me next time i should have just waited and that most people know that there’s a bell that goes off when we drive through. Maybe have a sign would be helpful for people? Don’t take out your anger on unexpecting people who are trying to get medications. What a joke.

I was shopping in the first aid section at the store today and overheard the pharmacist talking about how vaccinations don't work. For a place that is promoting vaccines that seems like a contradiction.

If you need anything done in a reasonable time and need any type of communication at all whatsoever don't depend on this Walgreens as they lost my prescription and I now have to wait. This is ridiculous and I'm starting to think someone is pocketing prescriptions here.

When your Doctor goes out of their way to tell you how TERRIBLE a pharmacy is, it's definitely saying something! This pharmacy has the rudest people for absolutely no reason. They could care less about you in any way, and care even less what you think about them. The pharmacist will lie to you about laws and regulations in one breath, and will call you a liar in the next. Even when the interaction is as minimal as a quick refill, they manage to find a way be rude. Walgreens needs to fire this pharmacist and reset from the top down!

This is the worst Pharmacy in Arizona. I went to pick up my prescriptions during business hours and get there and they are closed because they don't have a Pharmacist. This happens all the time here, how unprofessional.

The pharmacist with the long black hair is super nasty and shouldn’t be dealing with patients. She accused me of overtaking my medication without even looking at my file, if she took a minute to do her job she would see I was tapering off the medication. No wonder their reviews are so bad. Nice job making people feel welcome and safe picking up their medication. It’s time to find a new pharmacy.

I call thousands of pharmacies as a physician. This location is rude, uninterested, and unorganized. Worst interaction and experience I have ever had.
