Thank you Kelly for helping getting the canvas done for a special occasion. If it wasn't for you, your employee would have not finished what she communicated would of been done. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this store for photos again. The staff made me feel as an inconvenience and a customer they did not want to deal with. I ordered canvas, was told that it would be done by 5:40. Showed up, they had half the order done. I was told if I submit the order again right than it would be made in 15-20 minutes. I came back 2 hours later. When I arrived, I was told it would be done the next day. After asking for a manager-Kelly arrived. She looked over at her staff who showed no interest wanting to help. Kelly took it upon herself and started doing it. Towards the end, I apologized to Kelly. Her employee than came over and called me a liar. The store needs staff who want to be in customer service and staff who will respect their managers. Very sad.

HIPPA Violation / Inconsistent medicationLast month I received someone else’s medication instead of my own when I picked up my prescriptions. It had all of their information on it and I brought it back kindly trying to be understanding that mistakes happen. This month they received my medication to be filled 10 days ago. They just now placed an order for my medication specifically because I called asking when it will be available. I am now out of Medication and have to wait on them. A person can only be so understanding until it becomes a problem, laziness and poor work ethic seems to be the issue at this point. It’s quite disappointing to feel you have to stress every month if you’re going to get the correct prescription or get your prescription on time.

They consistently have you wait for your prescriptions. I dropped mine off @ 1pm. They were supposed to have them ready, before close. (7pm) They did not. It's very disheartening. All other Walgreens can have them filled in 20 minutes.

The pharmacist at this location wrote the Rx dosage completely backwards for my 82-year-old mother. Fortunately, it was a Z-Pack, so not a fatal error; also, fortunately, I knew that the dosage was supposed to be 2 capsules on the first day and 1 capsule for the next four days. (The pharmacist had written: "Take 1 tablet by mouth on day one, 2 tablets on days two to five." If taken as directed, one would have needed 9 pills, not 6.) What if the error had been more serious? This particular Walgreens get hundreds of elderly patients in that area who won't question the pharmacy, or can't discern if the instructions happen to be incorrect. I've been going to the nearby Walmart for years now because this Walgreens location also compromised Synthroid by allowing it to sit in the Arizona heat too long. That was a serious error as those with total thyroidectomies are reliant on the drug. The truth is I felt compelled to go to Walgreens today because I'd been exposed to my mother's illness and this location had a drive-up window. I really didn't think they could mess up a pre-packaged Z-Pack. Bottom line: Walgreens pharmacies are understaffed and their pharmacists are overworked, leading to errors like this.

Just needed to acknowledge Cameryn specifically, hope I spelled her name correctly. She was very intentional in helping me mitigate nightmare rx issues created by cvs 24 hr 59th location. She communicated with both my dr and a pharmacist at a different cvs to help me through a very miserable situation I could not fix without significant assistance. Made me wish my insurance was contracted with Walgreens. But was told pharmacist at new location good, so here's hoping for smoother sailing going forward.

I really enjoy working here. I adore the pharmacy staff and environment too! It can get busy but I truly feel that we try our best and prioritize the customers best interest.

The biggest problem, with not just this pharmacy but most of them, is that whether there is a long line of people waiting or not it is always a long wait. Basically, they are all understaffed. This makes it difficult to acquire your prescriptions in one visit. Another thing is that almost every clearance sign posted is already sold out. The staff is usually very nice.

I don't usually write bad reviews because I think people are allowed to have bad days once in a while and not have it written about for everyone to see. HOWEVER this pharmacy seems to always have bad day! Holy cow was the younger dark headed pharmacists rude. (not the tech). I have been to this Walgreens pharmacy many times and it is always a terrible experience. I started going to the Walgreens on Union and 91st Ave which is a lot farther from my home, but it's worth it. I just keep trying to give this Walgreens pharmacy a chance so I don't have to drive so far but unless something changes I guess I'll not go back here. and what is really frustrating is I don't think this young pharmacist cares. I know her name and it's really hard to not put her on blast right now but if she is ever this rude again I will gladly let everyone know who she is. I don't know if it's allowed but I feel like it's justified. next stop... pharmacy receipt survey!

Update 9/16/22My auto fill showed my regular meds to be filled last Monday, on Tuesday it showed Wednesday, Thursday it showed Thursday. By then I was out. All meds had refills. Today it showed today. I called. The lady said give them two hours, it has been 8 hours and still not filled. I am DONE with Walgreens! Moving my meds. SHAME on you!Horrible Store!! Horrible!Put all my info in when I made an appointment for my booster shot. Not one bit of it transferred over. I had to do everything again.

Kaycee helped me today. She actually looked at my driver's license and noticed an address changed and brought it to my attention and changed it in their system. Something others have over looked for a few years now.
