This pharmacy is very understaffed. I waited an hour for a prescription that I was told would be ready in 15 minutes. The pharmacy tech (Letty) not only was working the register, but had to get the prescriptions ready, as well. This was an impossible task as she had a line that was constantly full of people. She could not fill prescriptions while tending to the customers. After an hour she finally had help to free her up for fulfilling the RX’s. I told her I wasn’t upset with her, but very disappointed that management would cut staff back to the point that it affected the entire flow. Please staff your workers, so you are not setting them up for failure and angry customers!

Always have to wait for ever on the phone, and most frustrating part is they pick up the phone, and just hang up without saying anything, maybe say we are little busy please call back, it will take us 10 minutes please call back, please hold on we will be with you shortly. There are some great people working there also. It seems like they are always shorthanded. I really like some of your people that I deal with, please don't force me and others to go across the street to cvs. As I am writing this, this is the 8th time, someone picked up and hanged up. I hope you don't view this as a complaint, just work on your opportunity areas please.

The pharmacy is exceptional. Great people and great service. Much better than CVS across the street. Total incompetence there.

This is the worst pharmacy in the valley and staff. The fact they are allowed to treat people this way is ridiculous if I could a negative rating I would. So irritated with the incompetence of these people. It would better for society if they just didn't work at all.

This review is for the pharmacist (little Indian woman with glasses) when a doctor prescribed a medication to a patient, you should probably prescribe those meds. You are not a doctor! As a result of your negligence, my wife spent the night in pain, all because you weren't "comfortable" I hope you feel that pain in your life! Will never return, it's always something at this location, and there is no empathy at all, or customer service for that matter.

Pharmacy online says one can walk in still open open for several hours . Only a few getting shots. Turned me and two others away said we needed appointment. Flu season. Not busy.

Rude. Rude. Rude. The pharmacy is the worst. Now I remember why we moved our business to Sams Pharmacy. No sense of urgency to help, no welcome, no thank you for your business. If they hate their jobs, they should quit. I will try and avoid Walgreens.

This is a great Pharmacy and Drug Store. Employees are very helpful, (Paul) walked me to the location where I was looking for an item. He took his time and explained other information. The store is well stocked. We’re lucky to have this business in our neighborhood.

EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE & THERE MANAGERS ARE EVEN MORE DISRESPECTFUL I WON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH ANY WALGREENS ANYWHERE BECAUSE OF PAST EXPERIENCE....I WOULD MUCH RATHER GO TO WALMART!!!! THERE WAY BETTER

I recently had my prescriptions switched to Walgreens off 91st and Union hills because another pharmacy ( not Walgreens by the way) was not being helpful with providing information on a out of stock prescription. I had a great experience with this location, the entire pharmacy team was kind, helpful, and informative. The person that answered my call was very helpful with making sure they had my prescription available. When I arrived at the drive thru, I greeted by the pharmacy tech. The pharmacist was so kind and answered my questions. I received a follow up call a few days later to offer their support and to answer any additional questions. This is absolutely great customer service and great patient care follow up. This is very important to me especially because starting a new medication can sometimes be worrisome. Although we can call on our providers for any concerns, pharmacists are more knowledgeable with any drug interactions and contraindications, so it’s wonderful that this Walgreens location is supportive. Thank you for a great experience! I’ll be using this pharmacy location from now for my family .

I know there's a lot of bad reviews about this location but I assure you they have changed up their protocols and team because I had a good first time experience. I am so mad right now. I went in for some mail polish. My wife chipped her nails and we had to get something quickly to remedy the situation. I don’t buy polish typically so I’m really looking at the shelf’s. No one else is in the department when I hear over the PA . Customer service needed in the cosmetic department. I took that as they thought I was going to come in and steal. In fact I’m certain thats what they though. I am a retail store manager myself and I know how people stereotype customers.
