I had a wonderful experience today when I went in to get my prescriptions. I dealt with the nicest lady her name is Kari she had a wonderful energy and I liked her vibe. Thank u for being a great pharmacy tech.

Tim from the pharmacy was so super helpful and friendly. I can't thank him enough for helping me with my medicine. Thank you again,I've been having a real tough time lately and you went out of your way to help me figure out my out of stock medication issue. My medication is very important and I'm so grateful for your help that day.

If you’re looking for good, mediocre, or even barely decent customer service- don’t ask Wendy for any assistance. Absolutely the rudest woman I’ve ever encountered. Geez. I was baffled.

I would rate this Walgreens a “.5” star or less, but the rating system didn't let me. I went in this place around 8:50pm and need to use their restroom because it was needed reall bad because of a medical condition currently. But (two white ladies) they said "No" and turned me away. I was very polite and never shows dislike. The excuse was that they had just clean it. I've been a Walgreens member for years and always buy expensive medicine there all the time, plus other general items. And just because of this I am going to cancel the membership and never go to any Walgreens ever again I hope this gets to the owners of the Walgreens on 75th & Thunderbird.

Pharmacy was rude as hell. I was trying to reach Village Medical but reached the pharmacy by mistake. I told the pharm tech that I couldn’t take down the number because I was driving, and she hung up on me without trying to help me resolve the issue. I would give a 0 if I could. Have some common courtesy.

Female pharmacy techs answering calls can use some customer service refresher courses, they seem annoyed and have attitude any time you call so it’s not just an off bad day. Nobody is on the same page or gives consistent information.

The need to do better on helping customers. The pharmacy of this store has a terrible customer service. People waiting online and no one got help. They have one representative who works for both drives through and inside . They need to hire more people so old people can not wait for long period !

Photo center wasted hours of our time.We needed passport photos for our newborn. We went there Sunday afternoon and were told we had to come back when the photo guy was in because he was running late. We came back two and half hours later and he still wasn’t there. Someone else on the staff kindly offered to take the pictures to have them developed later.We got a call the next day to come pick them up. There was a new photo guy there who was very helpful. It took him a while to find our pictures. Once he found them, we found, that they were of a different baby. They had to take new pictures. They developed them quickly. Then we went to our passport appointment the next day and the pictures they took had shadows so the passport office denied them.Just go to CVS they have nice Kodak machines.

Great customer service. I've never had a problem here and bonus!....the Pharmacy Staff is AWESOME! ALWAYS on top of this. This store is clean and neat. I like to come here!

Messed up my passport photos which my sister was going to take back to Canada. The day of her flight we realized it was smudged with black ink. I went back that day to complain. The assistant manager said the picture wasn't the right size even though I gave the manager the right dimensions. He resized the photos and said he'd bring it to the manager's attention. I explained that I now need to courier the photos to Canada since my sister already left. He said it would have to come out of manager's pocket. When I called the manager, he refused to take responsibility and reimburse me the $80 courier fee. When I asked for the number of the district manager he said he wasn't allowed to give it out. I found the number on the internet and plan to complain. Incompetent!
