I've been coming here for 13years and the staff here are always SUPER helpful and kind but today I want to talk about Theresa. The tech at the pharmacy has really gone above and beyond today. We have been batting with our Drs office for a week to properly submit the Rx to our insurance literally nothing to do with the pharmacy but Theresa helped us sort it out and even when we finally got the Rx through it was out of stock but Theresa made sure to send it to another Walgreens and had it ready for us within an hour. After dealing for a week with the Drs office not doing their part it was such a relief to have someone so efficient and helpful. Thank you Theresa!

They were great and helpful, lady trusted me when she didn't have to and it helped my little girl a lot she had a ear infection thanks to the lady I wish I knew her name at on-line pick up thank you so much

Don't bother calling them. They will pick up and then put you on hold about 20 times and make you wait 40 minutes to be spoken to. Absolutely joke of an establishment.

I found out that one of my sleeping prescriptions is being filled at a central location and I cannot receive it until Monday and it is Friday now. That is 3 sleepless nights! Getting at CVS for 12 dollars. Love the staff.

If you want to go pick up your RX's, you will have to go twice because they lose one of or both of them. They cannot update their system with the correct information and they lose the prescriptions. I know because I have updated my information three times. Went to pick up two prescriptions today that I verified with the doctors office and they stated (AGAIN) we only got one. Guess what, my information was from where I lived until 2013??? (The information that I changed three times!!!)When I tried to get the pharmacy lady to look under the other/correct information she acted as though I had already walked away and began a conversation with a co worker. So, we start off the day after surgery without the much needed antibiotic. I work a full time job and I have excellence customer service skills because my employer pays me to do that. I know Covid has made things difficult. But if you are working, and making money, Do it right! Make sure your employees know you have standards. Or has all the work ethics been lost to Covid? Come on Walgreens!
