The worst pharmacy ever. Completely incompetent. All the staff are just horrible, long wait times, do not follow procedures, awful all around.

As a customer for 4-5 years at this location, I despise coming here. I commonly need to wait an hour+ for a prescription pickup. They're chronically understaffed. The few employees working are understandably grouchy, but allow that frustration out very publicly and in an unprofessional manner. The 2-lane drive through must have a 2-3 year long technical malfunction as the 2nd lane is frequently closed. When it does work you can't hear a word they say through the pin-hole speaker on the equipment. There is nothing pleasant about a trip here. Finally fed up and plan to move my business elsewhere.

My experience with the Pharmacy is exceptional. We were expecting to pay a lot since we didn’t have insurance. But the lady was able to find a coupon for us and saved us so much money. Very nice people and customer service. This is my new go to Walgreens.

This location used to be so good. They have become horrible. I'm handicapped from Long Covid and have many prescriptions for pain and my heart. These guys continually are out of my pain patch. That I get every 30 days. Making me go days without my 24/7 pain patch relief. Causing withdrawals, etc. They will put things on hold or cancel without calling with an explanation. They also refill based on your pickup date, not your order ready date. Again causing me to go without pain meds for a day or two. Terrible. My husband wants me to change pharmacies. Guess I'll look into it. Out of meds can't get till Thursday.

This place is beyond horrible due to the company's refusal to hire adequate staff. So, prescriptions are not filled the day they are promised, they get too busy to answer the pharmacy phone, you wait until closing time waiting for your prescriptions, and they don't get filled. For everyone's information, Safeway across the street has a pharmacy and Safeway sells all the merchandise Walgreens does.

I’ve had plenty of horrible customer service issues at various Walgreens, but today took the cake. I was second of 2 cars in the drive thru line. It was 1:20pm. The car in front of me was taking a while. Finally, at 1:30, they pulled away. When I pulled up, they pulled the curtain right in my face. No explanation. Apparently, they all go to lunch at 1:30 and they couldn’t be bothered by one more customer. I honked my horn but no one responded. I had to go home and return after 2pm. Then I waited in line inside for 15 minutes so I could tell the pharmacist about their rude behavior. “It’s been crazy around here” and “maybe they didn’t see you” and “maybe we can get you some points”, she said. I can now see why nobody at this Walgreens cares about customer service. It starts at the top.

Pharmacy is completely understaffed! Cigna didn't renew their contract with my previous pharmacy and I had to switch to Walgreens. This week alone I have spent nearly 2.4 hours on hold for the Pharmacy. I'm on hold for 45 minutes as I am writing this review! The App gives me a notice that there is a problem with my prescription and to call. Very slow to fill orders called in by my Dr. I will be looking for an alternative to Walgreens! Not happy.

If "no stars" were an option, I'd have selected it. Terrible customer service. Staff always looks angry or put out that they have to provide customer service. Not a welcoming place at all. Long, long waits. Today I waited in line at the drive-thru for 15 minutes (with three other vehicles behind me) only to get to the window to find the shade pulled down; store had closed. I went inside to find a weak, frail man in his 80's pleading with staff who were exiting the employees exit to fill his prescription, telling them that he had been seated and waiting for a while for someone to wait on him. The employees scattered like cockroaches; they couldn't get to the exit fast enough. Disgusting. I'll be heading to CVS from now on.

As many other customer already posted, worst customer service of a pharmacy there is. Three customers in front of me having the same issue.Pharmacist can't find any prescription, same answer from the head pharmacist, "We never got it, you need to call your doctor, I can't help you right now because very busy". Phone system hangs up on you, (head pharmacist is aware but takes no action) no other way to contact the pharmacy except fax. Who uses a fax in 2022? Major attitude in problem solving. First and last time at this Walgreens. My prescription was called in on 8/12/2022, no one contacted me and told me that is was ready. "We don't have your phone number and we don't call to verify with your doctor".

Called to check in a medication. One staff gave me incorrect information. When I called back, I asked for a manager to get a better explanation. Manager (Lynn) hung up on the call. Very rude and unprofessional at this location.

I completely agree with all the reviews here. The clerk at the pharmacy Is brash with the older man in front of me. I've been in line for 10 minutes because they have only two people in the pharmacy. Going on 15 minutes waiting pick up a script.
