This review is for the pharmacist (little Indian woman with glasses) when a doctor prescribed a medication to a patient, you should probably prescribe those meds. You are not a doctor! As a result of your negligence, my wife spent the night in pain, all because you weren't "comfortable"I hope you feel that pain in your life! Will never return, it's always something at this location, and there is no empathy at all, or customer service for that matter.

Pharmacy online says one can walk in still open open for several hours . Only a few getting shots. Turned me and two others away said we needed appointment. Flu season. Not busy.

Wanted to know whether Bi Valent Covid booster shot was available for a senior. Phoned them but got a voice mail requiring me to give all my information( which I did). I got a Voice mail bot qualifying me for the shot which sent a specific appointment for me that same day. I arrived for my 12PM appointment at which time they informed me a shot was not available until the governments booster shot was available. Had a real human being first answered the phone in the Pharmacy I would not have had to spent all this time away from my office. A women in line also complained of the long lines and disfunction of Walgreens. She had just transfered all her accounts to Frys. Frys actually answers their phones with actual human beings. I walked across the street to Frys on Union Hills drive. There were no lines and friendly people. My family will now switch our business to Frys .

I know there's a lot of bad reviews about this location but I assure you they have changed up their protocols and team because I had a good first time experience. I recently had my prescriptions switched to Walgreens off 91st and Union hills because another pharmacy ( not Walgreens by the way) was not being helpful with providing information on a out of stock prescription. I had a great experience with this location, the entire pharmacy team was kind, helpful, and informative. The person that answered my call was very helpful with making sure they had my prescription available. When I arrived at the drive thru, I was greeted by the pharmacy tech. The pharmacist was so kind and answered my questions. I received a follow up call a few days later to offer their support and to answer any additional questions. This is absolutely great customer service and great patient care follow up. This is very important to me especially because starting a new medication can sometimes be worrisome. Although we can call on our providers for any concerns, pharmacists are more knowledgeable with any drug interactions and contraindications, so it's wonderful that this Walgreens location is supportive. Thank you for a great experience! I'll be using this pharmacy location from now for my family .

Toby was a fantastic guy to my friend that went in the store last minute and was so helpful, kind, quick and no judgment. I truly believe that Toby would definitely get a raise or anything higher up in the customer service. A true professional!

Run away from the pharmacy there I actually switched my families prescriptions to Osco drug inside of Albertsons on bell rd. So much better, faster nicer. Night and day difference. At Walgreens you will always wait in line while lots of employees ignore you in the back. At least 5-6 employees back there always. They seem unhappy and unorganized. They do not love their job, that's the way it seems. It needs a complete overhaul.

Please fire your entire pharmacy department. I then suggest you send new recruits to Costco, Fry's even Target for official training. Keep all pharmacists away from all Walgreens training as this will definitely improve customer service and your overall review score.

Paul is the worst associate I have ever encountered! He is super slow, unprofessional and has no sense of urgency.

Horrible wait times. The staff is NOT professional. Not helpful. They will waste your time. No calls for meds that aren't in stock, they let you wait in line for 30 minutes just to find out it's not in stock yet they told you the day before it's going to be ready in 30 minutes. Inside or drive-thru, this pharmacy does not have their act together and it's a mess of angry customers and a staff that can't use common sense.

Had a 12:00pm appointment for my covid 19 booster shot and it took over an hour. Couple who showed up after me were in in out less than 30 minutes. Not good costumer service... never going back to this location.

Went to pick up my specially ordered important medicine that was due on Sunday to find the pharmacy closed. It was 315 on Sunday afternoon. Asked to speak with a manager and they said too bad can’t help you. No manager here, no pharmacist here. Can’t help you. I hate this place. 91st and Union Hills in Peoria. Girl they put in charge, Brittney was a smart mouth. Didn’t offer to fix it, didn’t offer a way we could figure it out. Just said, I can’t help you. Absolutely ridiculous. This place is a joke. What a fool I am to count on Walgreens for life-saving medicine. They have posted pharmacy hours. They must be open when they say they will be open. They should’ve found a way. I am so angry they screwed me.

Well, after a half hour went back to the desk for the paperwork they said they would bring out to me then was forgot about again. A full hour of my time wasted as I saw all other customers behind me get served first. Will go anywhere other than this location in the future.
