I would rate this Walgreens a .5 star but the rating system didn't let me. I went in this place around 8:50pm and need to use their restroom because it was needed really bad because of a medical condition currently. But (two white ladies) they said "No" and turned me away. I was very polite and never shows dislike. The excuse was that they had just clean it. I've been a Walgreens member for years and always buy expensive medicine there all the time, plus other general items. And just because of this I am going to cancel the membership and never go to any Walgreens ever again I hope this gets to the owners of the Walgreens on 75th & Thunderbird.

So I came in for some OTC meds and the cost was $16. The same brand and size right across the street at Walmart was $6! And they also had generic brands for cheaper. Anybody trying to stick it to people over meds are truly evil. Zero Stars!!!

I made an appointment to get my annual flu shot at 3pm and waited over half an hour for the pharmacist to give me the shot. There was no one in the line inside or in the drive through. Two other women were waiting with me for their shot as well. There is no consideration for customers time. Be prepared to wait for a vaccine even if you schedule ahead of time.

I made a reservation for a Covid-19 test the day before. They sent an email confirming my reservation. I cleared my afternoon so I could take the test. I drove to the Walgreens and waited in the Pharmacy drive-thru. I get to the window after waiting and show my email confirmation and the attendant, not at all sympathetic, said they were out of covid tests. I received no notification they were out of tests even though they had my email and phone number. There were no signs at the Walgreens drive-thru letting me know. Nothing. For all they knew, I had driven from 30 minutes away. At least be apologetic/sympathetic if you aren't going to let your customers know their appointment has been cancelled.

When it started to get easier to find a vaccination appointment this was about the 3rd avenue I went down and the first that had appointments available. Actually almost every Walgreens had appointments starting the next day. I picked this location as the nearest to me offering the Pfizer brand. They ignored the papers I had filled out, from their website, saying they preferred the format of the forms they were using at that pharmacy. That didn't really slow down the process because I was in their system from several years ago. Typical of every pharmacy I have gone to there are not enough chairs even without Covid. Both times I was in the booth for my shot not too long after my appointment time. The people I dealt with were nice but seemed a bit disorganized from the volume at times.

I've been using this pharmacy for years, and it hasn't been until recently that I have horrible customer service. They are nice but they always promise a prescription will be ready at a certain day and time; so I schedule my day around that AND then get there to find out that they were wrong or lied? Idk. So if you want false information all the time this is your place. I would probably double and triple check when they say they can fill something, and even at that it will probably be wrong.

Everyone in the pharmacy is very helpful and always friendly and willing to help. I have been at different locations but this is the best and all the crew.

I have had a lot of issues with this location. They CONSISTENTLY give me the wrong manufacturer even though it's listed on the bottle. Never notify me when it's ready for pick up, when they do the automatic refills, but I'm supposed to come in within 10 days otherwise they pitch it.

If I could give the pharmacy no stars I would no one in that pharmacy know how to even do their jobs. I get told so many different thing by everyone about a delayed prescription. It's like no one know how to communicate there. I get told I'll have it one day then 4 days later still nothing. Absolutely terrible service.

I am so mad right now at their pharmacy that i cant even tell the whole story. Short version... a year ago i said i wasnt coming back to their pharmacies, specifically 75th ave & Thunderbird. Too many mistakes and too much incompetance. Tonight i just needed something filled quick that I've been out of for over a week due to insurance errors. Finally got it straightened out and dropped off a 30 day Rx refill while our new mail order Rx gets the order shipped... and yes Walgreens screwed me over AGAIN and i have to go another day without it. STAY AWAY!! GO TO CVS, WALMART, ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
