I have lived here for over 5 years. The office staff and maintenance staff have always been amazing and so helpful. The area is convenient for shopping and restaurants. I plan on renewing my lease and keep calling this place my home.

Worst decision I’ve made in a LONG time! Unbeknownst to me before I moved in, if you choose to live on the first floor, you are exposed to ALL condensation that drains from the 3rd floor down. The drain is in your apartment and causes nothing but unhealthy moisture and growth in your apartment. The complex takes NO accountability. How can this be safe and pass health code?!? I was so sick for the first month the I lived here and had to figure out the hard way that they never put a filter in the ancient AC unit and I was constantly breathing in dust and moisture along with probably mold! I’ve had nothing but problems with my apartment since I’ve moved in! I would never recommend this place!

Roaches!!! Everywhere!! I literally can’t do anything in my own apartment without there being roaches, I can no longer cook food due to the fact that the roaches do everything they can to get inside sealed food in the pantry! They are in my kitchen, my living room, my bedroom and my bathroom. The complex has done nothing so far to my knowledge about this infestation because I’ve talked to my neighbors and they seem to also be going through this and yes I’ve deep cleaned multiple times and I’ve bought sprays to keep them out but nothing works. To top everything off there are people who steal catalytic converters and break into peoples cars late at night since there is no security here or cameras. If this roach infestation isn’t resolved soon I will be moving out because it is revolting to live under these conditions.

I've lived here for almost 3 years and it was a great place to start. Since then it has severely declined. Lack of maintenance, clutter/debris on the property. There's a roach problem in our building. The month to month rate if you're trying to move out is $4,000!!!! We are relocating.. it's a great location but I hope the property and management improves.

I had the worst experience!!!!! If I could give a 0 stars I certainly would… unfortunately I only have the option of a 1 star. If you are military or are from a blue family I would recommend you do not rent from here!!!! If you need any assistance from management they will not help you. I had experienced many problems; especially with thieves in this location and there is dog waste everywhere. They have a major problem smells like skunk 24/7. Save yourself and your family time and money.

Andrew was amazing with providing great service and giving an amazing tour of the property and room we wanted to rent. He explained all options based on our needs and move in date. Definitely recommend seeing the property and taking a tour.

I currently live here and since I moved I’ve had a list of things that need to be fixed that still haven’t been addressed Ive sent emails I’ve taken pictures and sent the pictures in via email. No response as to why things are not being fixed. Not to mention car theft and vandalism. No assigned parking and it’s always packed, with visitors from Parkwest Mall and the Harkins theatre. Washer and dryer is OLD AND LOUD- the water is always brown and it stinks. Today is the 3rd time this month that my water has been shutoff due to a leak in another person apartment (this has become a monthly trend). I will be giving a update on pictures and screenshots, this company is ran terribly. Lastly fix the TVs in the weight room they’ve been out since I moved in in November of last year, we pay for this so it shouldn’t be any reason why it hasn’t been fixed

About 6-8 weeks ago when I acquired about 2 bedrooms I left a message and Justin got back to me the same day. Many places I contacted during my search barely called back. Other properties I was able speak with someone I felt there representatives didn’t do as good of a job as Justin. Justin answered all my questions. There were a few questions he didn’t have answers to, instead of giving me a BS that would be a lie. Justin took the time to find the proper answers then contacted me just like he promised. I was moving to AZ from out of state. Ultimately I never saw the property except for online and reviews. Ultimately I didn’t choose this community as my new home due to other online reviews. My experience with Justin was 5-star! Giving the property a 3-star.
