Beware when they try to upgrade your plan. They lack transparency and lied to us.
Don't do business here unless you know exactly what you are getting - they are not looking out for your best interest.
Good thing we found an honest rep at the Verizon on 43rd Ave and Bell.

Went in to upgrade phone and had the worst customer service. Extremely rude. Pressuring for the screen protector and case when we had said we weren't going to purchase. Left and came to another Verizon store.

Tahlik was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient while I replaced my phone today! He worked quickly, efficiently and made sure I understood my options! He really went above and beyond. It was such a delightful experience!

Great store and Bridgitte made it happen. I have to say I was dreading ever having to go into a Verizon store again, but it became necessary and what a blessing it turned out to be!
However, Verizon texted me to make a review and my giant new phone with no case on it slipped in my hand and I accidentally clicked that my experience was “fair“ and the survey was over! I couldn’t change it or fix it. My experience was awesome!

I love this location. The staff here are, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are helpful and they listen when you have questions. They don't rush you and they help you find the best plan or product.

Lee is an excellent representative for Verizon. He was very good at explaining the new phone and new plan and he downloaded all my information from my dinosaur phone into the new one. Give that guy a raise!?

The woman that helped us was AMAZING! She was helpful, wasn't pushy with upselling, and got everything done in a timely manner. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves kudos. My wife complimented her on her beautiful eyes. If that helps her get a well needed pat on the back.
