Outstanding Service from Brandt – A True Problem Solver!
After a month of frustration—visiting multiple Verizon stores across different cities and making nearly 15 calls to tech support—Brandt at the Verizon store located at 24930 North Lake Pleasant, Arizona was the only person who could resolve my issue. In just two minutes, he fixed my text messaging problem, something no one else at Verizon could accomplish.
Brandt's professionalism, exceptional customer service, and problem-solving skills set him apart. His impeccable attitude and leadership qualities make him more than deserving of a managerial role.
It’s unbelievable that I had to fly from Texas to Arizona just to get this resolved. The amount of time and money I lost—along with the customer complaints I received—due to Verizon's incompetence is unacceptable. I can’t help but wonder if Verizon is taking responsibility for the inconvenience caused by ineffective support elsewhere.
At least one person—after over 30 days of frustration—was finally able to fix the issue. Brandt is the one! Verizon is lucky to have him, and I hope they recognize his value.

Subject: Denial of Service, Disrespect & Defamation by Verizon Employees
I am filing a formal complaint regarding the disrespectful and unprofessional treatment we received at Verizon. From the moment we entered, the sales representative was dismissive and unhelpful. When asked if he could assist with terminating lines, he said no. However, when asked if we could purchase a phone or upgrade, he said yes—but then sat silently, refused to help, and walked away laughing.
We authenticated our account via text and verification, provided all required information, yet were still denied service without reason. Instead of doing his job—selling services to a paying customer—he mocked us, dismissed us, and refused to assist. Other employees, including Lisa, laughed at us instead of helping.
What makes this worse is that Lisa, who was not part of our conversation, later posted a false review about our business using proprietary customer information she would not have had without our visit. This is defamatory and a violation of privacy.
Legal Concerns:
1. Denial of service without cause despite full authentication.
Misuse of proprietary customer information to retaliate against our business.
2. Defamation & business disparagement—posting false claims when they have never done business with us.
3. Privacy violation—using private customer data outside of its intended purpose.
Our Demands:
1. Immediate removal of Lisa’s false review.
2. Internal investigation into these employees’ conduct.
3. Confirmation of how Verizon will prevent misuse of customer information.
This incident is being fully documented for our legal team and will be escalated to Verizon Corporate immediately. While any business has the right to refuse service, the lack of any stated reason for the refusal is highly questionable—especially given that we were professionally dressed, arrived in a brand-new Range Rover parked out front, and provided full account authentication. There was no justifiable cause for denying service, yet instead of acting professionally, the representative chose to mock, dismiss, and refuse assistance without explanation.
Legal Issues Verizon Employees Violated:
1. Defamation & Business Disparagement – Lisa, an uninvolved employee, used customer information obtained solely through Verizon to post a false and damaging review about our business. She and her colleague have never been to, worked with, or done business with our company.
2. Breach of Privacy & Confidentiality – Verizon has a duty to protect proprietary customer information. Their employees misused access to our account—information they wouldn’t have had if we weren’t legitimate customers—to publicly attack and harm our reputation.
3. Unfair Business Practices – A sales associate refusing to sell services without justification after full account authentication raises questions about discrimination and bad faith business practices.
If Verizon does not immediately remove Lisa’s defamatory review, investigate the misconduct, and take corrective action, we will pursue all available legal options to hold the responsible employees—and Verizon—accountable for the damages caused. Denying a loyal, paying customer service without cause while misusing private customer data to retaliate is unethical, defamatory, and legally actionable.
We demand an immediate resolution to this matter. If no further Verizon employees or affiliates misuse proprietary customer information to defame, retaliate against, or harm our business—or any other customers—we are willing to remove this complaint.
Verizon and its employees must recognize that unauthorized use of customer data for personal attacks constitutes a breach of privacy, potential violation of consumer protection laws, and unethical business co

I’ve been coming to this store for all my Verizon needs for over a decade. Always a good experience.
I had another great experience today with Kyrshann who helped me order my new iPhone 16 Pro.

Went in about a week ago because my daughters gizmo watch broke, I was in and out with a replacement on the way in a few minutes. Today I went back because the watch wasn't linking to my account. Adam and the others who helped in the nearly hour long process of talking to tech support were great. The watch is working and my kiddo is happy camper again

My sales associate was patient, courteous, quite knowledgeable and professional. No waiting on line "for the next available sales representative." Best experience I've ever had in a Verizon store.

I've used this location for years and always had great experiences here! Friendly staff, clean and convenient store, and I love the appointment booking feature so I don't have to wait!
Instead of sending my trade-ins by mail, I bring them here because it's easy and quick and I get confirmation immediately - no worries about the postal service losing my trade-ins.

I have had bad experiences with this place in the past but I went in today and had great service. I dropped my phone and it shattered and I proceeded to upgrade to S24 Ultra. Usually this place is understaffed with long wait times but today I was greeted by a worker, checked in and meeting with someone in under 10 minutes. I met with Malia (Malina? I don't remember sorry), she was great, friendly and very knowledgable. She gave her opinions on certain plans and items without pushing anything on you. I hope to have more experiences like this in the future. I love my new phone, Thanks!

Wanted to buy a JBL speaker but verizon makes it so impossible to ask one question over the phone about stock so I just bought it from Target instead. It's sad that everything is so automated now that companies are willing to lose hundred dollar sales because people can't call the store anymore to ask if something is in stock. It loops you through an entire automated system that puts you back online and then disconnects the call. I can't even reach the store.
