I had bought a wall charger and it was not working. Brought it into the store and it was taken care of and I was given help figuring it out. The manager Devon is very helpful and kind. All associates in the store are prompt and able to help!

Store never answers their phone. It always goes to the main 800 #. I am simply trying to pick up an online order on Saturday, And the 800 number is telling me that they will cancel the order if I don't pick up today. And I cant talk to anyone at the store. I am tired of the lack of customer service with Verizon and the lies the 800 # staff every time you talk to someone it is a different story. The one I talked to Tuesday said he talked to the store and Saturday is good. If I had not got another text message saying that i had to pick it up by today. I would have showed up with my wife who the phone os for. And it would not be there.

They don't even understand their own billing. I have a bill for over $300 for 3 days of service. Shut my phones off and can't explain or fix it!!! Don't waste your time!!

If you love being spoken to with a rude and condescending manner, this is the place for you. We would NEVER set foot in this store again and will happily take our money elsewhere.

Probably the worst location I've ever been I was there for an hour waiting while there was four reps sitting around talking to each other saying that they'll get with me when they can when they're talking about personal stuff. I sat there for an hour. This is ridiculous. I would never recommend someone coming to this location it should be shut down

This store to include the manager Guillermo are either trying to work the system to get more in commission or he and the staff are completely incompetent. I've gone in to the store TWICE to pick up the order placed over the phone with Verizon Customer Service and BOTH times was told to wait for an email that I would receive within 48 hours of placing the order. After not receiving the email for the first order, I called the Verizon customer service number again and a SECOND order was placed with a Supervisor. With the Supervisor on speaker phone when I got into the store she told him she had just sent an order over and what did Guillermo do? He canceled it and then WITHOUT so much as an apology told me that I could either place an order in the store or again over the phone with customer service and wait for the email, even though I explicitly told him the phone was for my special needs son and it was supposed to be available for pickup yesterday. As a Sales Manager, myself, I truly cannot believe how absolutely AWFUL Verizon's customer service is, switching from AT&T was a HUGE MISTAKE.

I needed to get a new phone and was told that it would arrive in 2 days. When it never arrived (mind you, I stayed home those days because they told me that I would need to sign), I called. Was disconnected 4 times. Yeah. I went into the store and I was told that it would be shipped 4/8. 3 WEEKS LATER! I needed a new and better working phone as I'm traveling to my son's wedding and my phone is acting up. They offer me a "comparable" phone and, of course, it was more expensive I agree and he started the process. Then he mentions that I have 30 days to return the bigger phone and to order the original phone that was promised. We verified this with the store manager. That sounded like a plan! I sign, he hands me my phone and as I go to leave he says, "Oh, there's a $50.00 restocking fee once you break the seal." Something that both he nor the store manager bothered to mention. It seems they don't bother to mention many important things. I had to leave the store before I caused a scene.

The greeter was extremely rude. Customer service made me an appointment over the phone and when I got there he was like no they didn't. Of course I couldn't get the operator back on the phone. But this manage was rude and lazy, leaning over the front welcoming customers doing nothing else, left a line of people while he walked out the front doors for lunch, like why not sneak out the back, just in your face rude.

The business hours on Google are always wrong and they are never open when it says they are. The hours on the door are wrong.I went in today and there were 3 people ahead of me and 2 people walked in after. These employees are slow and don't care if they have a long line. They sit and discuss vacation locations like they're great pals while people are waiting in line. It smelled inside of bad body odor and was unbearable. I dont recommend this location at all.

I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service "rep". My son and I wanted to upgrade our phones so we walked into this store, the service rep asked if we had an appt and I said no we just wanted to upgrade our phones. He said I have nothing until January 6th. This was 12/29/21. I said can I ask you a question? The only reason I came to the store and not on line was to ask what you would do for existing customers. I have been a Verizon customer for 35 years. He said there is nothing we can do, if you leave and come back then we can help you. I said so you are telling me I should take my business elsewhere and he told me I had to do what I had to do. I walked out the door and went to AT & T was seen by a service rep as soon as I walked through the door and cut my bill by $80. Bye bye Verizon don't expect me back. Due to your so called service rep I have been tainted for good. Believe me I have been spreading the word

Switched carriers and was having issues with one of the iPhones connecting. Wait time was short and after some troubleshooting the iPhone was connected and I was out the door.
