They suggest that you make an appointment before coming in to the store..this is a very busy place. I made an appointment with one of the sales people and I am very happy with the service.

I had bought a wall charger and it was not working. Brought it into the store and it was taken care of and I was given help figuring it out. The manager Devon is very helpful and kind. All associates in the store are prompt and able to help!
