I started in pain and am finishing with no pain. Entire staff are very professional, kind and know what they are doing. Alex was wonderful. He made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend them.

As a DPT myself, I am very particular about who I not only refer to but also seek treatment. Alex is the best in south Scottsdale. He is a talented profession and doctor of his trade. I can’t recommend highly enough. Even helped my golf swing!

Just finished physical therapy with Alex and his assisysnt Raylene. I got wonderful care and I feel so much better than when I started. Friendly staff and clean office. Kind and compassionate care. They are the best!

Everyone is Amazing!!! The ladies in the front office are efficient, knowledgeable, caring and very Helpful!!! The Therapy Asst. Is great at her job, very knowledgeable, caring and makes sure I perform all the Therapy exercises correctly. She is also very pleasant to work with. The Physical Therapist is the Best Therapist I have ever worked with. He asked me what my issues were and what I expected from the Therapy. He is patient, kind, a very experienced Therapist and goes above and beyond. He is warm and kind and makes you feel safe and comfortable. Being here is the Best part of my Day!!! I Thank God my Primary Care sent me here 3 different times so far. It has really helped my issues. ???

I have been coming here for over 8 week after having my knee replaced. Everyone has been great!! They are very encouraging while I’m doing my therapy. They really customize the workouts to each individual, not a one size fits all workout. Everyone gets to know you as a person, not just another client.I would highly recommend Valley Rehabilitation to anyone looking for an awesome experience with physical therapy!!

I've been to many different places for PT, but now that I've found Valley Rehabilitation I won't go anywhere else. They are a team and work so well together, have very little turnover and take the time to get to know you. The new physical therapist, Ashley is phenomenal and Cindy and Ray are there to go through your routine with you and help you. I highly recommend Valley Rehabilitation.

I was sent to this location for a pre-employment strength test. During the test the therapist seemed confused and struggled to get the test machine to work. I was taken off the machine and placed in the Lobby while three employees struggled with the machine. During the leg test the back of my knee was pinched and bruised and I received a spider bite on the leg. After the test the therapist and office staff apologized for the machine issues, had me wait for a bit while they struggled to get a result print out. The next day the company I applied for said I had failed the leg test from the therapist and lost the job. I asked for a review and was told IPCS called the office and the office manager said the machine had worked perfectly with no issues or faults. I talked to the office manager again who said she felt bad that the machine had issues during the test but would not report it to IPCS out of fear of loosing the contract. I then called IPCS and had an in depth conversation about the machines issues. The IPCS manager said she felt bad for me but because Valley rehab has been a long time customer they will not question the fact that the Office manager lied to them on the review phone call. The bottom line is Valley Rehab had a legitimate issue with the machine and out of pride and fear lied to IPCS and my potential employer because they didn't want to loose the cash flow from the contract. Next time I will definitely use a different location and record the test.

I am 73 and was dealing with severe pain in my lower back and down my right leg from bone pressing on nerves. Three injections in my back helped that area a lot, but left the right leg in misery. After just a few sessions at PT I was sleeping much better, walking much better and quit taking any pain medications. That's a Five Star Result!

Valley Rehabilitation is the best place for physical therapy. They are very attentive and detailed. They are also very kind and supportive. I highly recommend using Valley Rehabilitation.
