My wife dropped off a Ups package at this Usps Peoria location thru the drop off box on accident and I go the next day to go pick it up and they say they don’t have it/ Ups picked it up already which makes no sense because its been 1 week and no tracking has been updated. I called Ups warehouse and they don’t have it either package just randomly went missing be careful dropping off valuable goods here go the Ups route or Fedex. Nobody here cares about your mail they just clock inn & clock out.

Terrible experience. Lady tried cutting more than 4 people in line since we “weren’t on the right side” lady appeared entitled. Made other customers go behind her. Once it was my turn, the Native American male working in the front appeared extremely rude and unprofessional. Definitely poor experience and staff needs to be better trained in dealing with issue causing customers and they way the employees treat the customers.

6/11/25 The person at the front desk was very professional and helpful. I wish I had gotten his name, (might have been Rick?) but it was easily the most pleasant experience I have ever had at any USPS, I honestly was shocked

Came in there at 4:19pm. There was a long line, yes but I had walked there from home. I was in line for a full two minutes before I was approached by the manager and told to leave because they close at 4:30. It was the last time I could send my package out and this was my only day off. I cried on the way home, I will not be going to this post office again. No government office should close 20 minutes early because of a line. They should just lock the doors at 4:30 like every other post office.

Went into this location to pick up my package since it was cancelled twice. Courier never attempted to meet at our door, we have a ring camera and nothing was caught nor was a paper left that they attempted to come. My fiancé spoke on the phone with someone the second day it was cancelled and he informed her to call back by 3:30 and to come by closing so she can get the package when the courier made it back to the office. She called multiple times and no one answered. I went to the postal office and the first representative named Harley assisting me was very rude and kept rolling his eyes and sighing. After saying the courier wasn’t there yet he rudely asked if I wanted to speak to a supervisor. I requested to speak with the supervisor and it was a male with glasses who was very rude and condescending. Everything I said he tried to combat and they would switch up their answers every time. First they stated they don’t do door delivery at apartments which I didn’t understand because they have before. Then he said they don’t deliver to Amazon parcel lockers which I informed him the complex has the bigger mailboxes for bigger packages not just the Amazon ones. Supervisor then said that the mailboxes must have been full or couldn’t fit in our mailbox. Told him we never received a slip the first day saying they even attempted and he said he will have to speak with the courier. I asked how people are supposed to receive their packages then and the supervisor brushed me off and acted like it was too bad that I didn’t get my package. I even informed him that it is was a wedding band and we were getting married soon. He told me I would have to walk in the next day to get the package because the courier was too far and wouldn’t make it by closing. He said if I didn’t get it by the next day that they would send the package back even though the email they sent me stated I had until February 7th to pick it up. My fiancé went in the next day to get the package and the same rep Harley was very rude again. Now they stated that they needed a signature but yesterday they said that they don’t do door delivery at apartments? So just continued to contradict themselves. My fiancé asked for the supervisors name and they said we couldn’t have that information. Picked up the package and it definitely could have fit in the mailbox, also pulled up the faqs for usps and website states they do door delivery despite it being an apartment complex. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a postal service.

Rude when you call, taking forever to come install the new key and lock into my mailbox, and since i cannot speak to someone over the phone end up having to spend money on gas just to get the mail put on hold and pick up. Which still requires me to wait 2 or 3 days until I am able to go back and pick up my mail.
So the truth is that they are not real good at customer service, or sending someone out to complete the job you paid $40.00 to get completed.

Won’t deliver packages to my condo. Every time Amazon transfers packages to them they get returned to sender because they won’t bring the packages to the door (which is facing the parking lot with a clearly visible building and unit number). Stop carrying with Amazon if you won’t deliver the packages please.

My front door sign clearly says if you're delivering mail it's ok, just no soliciting, but the postal worker walks right up and doesn't try to ring the doorbell or anything. Just puts the slip on the door that she "tried" to deliver my parcel and walks away. Same thing happened last week only today she filled the slip out as she is walking up my driveway. I went through the QR code on the slip for redelivery & put the slip in my mailbox that evening (8/6). There was no redelivery for a week, and it's needed medication, so I finally called and complained (8/13) because my work hours start before the post office opens and end after they close so the only real option is redelivery since I work from home. Today it was set to be delivered and it happens again! When I called today to address the laziness, I asked to have the postal worker ring the doorbell when she came back, she knocked instead. I don't know if its her or the person who answered the phone that didnt tell her to ring it or her just doing what she wants (I dont always have my phone open in front of me since I am working) but who knows how many other people deal with this same issues. It's time consuming, frustrating, and unnecessary. I have security cameras & a ring doorbell so maybe take that into consideration if you are going to be a slacker.
Do better people! Get it together!

Worst service ever. Second time in less than a month a package was scanned delivered and left somewhere else. Carrier must be a total idiot. Raymond the supervisor is a liar. Told me carrier was on route a long time. When I pointed out not true, he had to back track. Completely unhelpful and indifferent. Worst stereotype of a government employee who doesn't care about his job and just skating by to get a pension.
Happened again today. Another lost package. Now the third time in 2 months. This time spoke to supervisor Yvette. She was worse than Raymond. Stupid and rude. I was trying to explain that the office has a problem for this to happen 3 times now. She interrupted me and talked over me causing me to raise my voice. She absolutely couldn't care less about the problem. USPS really hiring and promoting unqualified people.

I send and receive here. Only had a few problems in the years I've been at this location with packages delivered to the wrong PO box that got taken by the person whos box they ended up in. Post office just gives me the "contact whoever you got it from" which sucks if its unreplaceable. The people at the help desk are always helpful when I go in to pay for shipping. I wish they were open longer on Saturdays. I always miss it.

Raymond 10. A supervisor at the U S. Post office is the worst employee. Flat out lied an said my mail box has been vacant for month. He will even throw the postal carriers under the bus. He stated to me that the carrier on my route said my mail box hasn’t received mail in month… I spoke to the mail carrier on Tuesday an he gave me mail… he simply doesn’t care an will tell you anything just so he can run back into his office
