Long time customer lost forever. Been coming here for years, until last week
I mailed two packages. One local and one out of state. I kindly asked the owner who was assisting me why there was a surcharge of $5 for each package making my shipping cost almost $40. She was so extremely rude and went into this horrible rant about inflation and never explained that UPS is adding on $5 to each item shipped. Pretty AWEFUL experience YES IM SURE IT WAS THE 75th Ave and Thunderbird location. The lady from India who’s been there forever with the accent assisted me. Rude raised her voice when I questioned the increase. She lost a customer forever unfortunately. I refused to be treated like that by anyone especially when you have been a dedicated customer for over 10 years.

I love the people here, they are always so friendly and helpful. The first time I went was just because it was a convenient location, now I go even if it isn't the most convenient option because they're so great!

Great location! One stop shop! Quick in and out. I use them monthly for faxing business docs returning AMAZON and mailing products from my small business. The owner and management are cordial and accommodating. Looking forward to continuing to utilize all the services at this location.

I went to the UPS store yesterday to return 2 Amazon products and I didn't have any idea how to do it since I have not done it before and I am not tech savvy. I wish I could have gotten the name of the man who helped me. But he did not want to give it to me.He was so kind and understanding and he walked me through the whole process so hopefully I will be able to do it by myself next time. I hope UPS knows what a gem of an employee they have in this man. People like him are very hard to find and I appreciated him so much I tried to give him a tip but he wouldn't accept it.

This is the most pleasant, helpful and attentive UPS store I have been to. Had to do fingerprints for my license. I do believe it was the owner who assisted and she was very thorough and detailed to make sure all was done correctly and completed accurately. Family owned and they take pride in their store. Somewhat out of my way but it is worth the drive. Thank you for an enjoyable experience!

They are not cooperative. They would rather sell you a roll of tape and let you use one stripe. There argumentative, meaninglessly, apologetic and altogether unhelpful. they've lost a customer for life. I recommend you go somewhere else like Staples or FedEx store. UPS storesucks.!

I cannot rave about this location enough. The staff is absolutely wonderful and they all know me by name and have gone out of their way multiple times to help me with any and everything. I love to see them and they always have a smile on their face and are so kind and professional. I will never use another service to send or receive packages!
