Always a pleasant experience. I’ve been dropping off here for two years now and the employees are fast. There can be a wait depending on the day/time but they are friendly and get you in and out.

Very busy UPS location, with a line usually out the door waiting to drop off packages and what not. However, the wait isn't half that bad as the staff is very quick at trying to get through each customer but at the same time giving each customer their undivided attention and great customer service. It seems like its a bunch of maybe high school kids working or kids who are fairly new to college (I may be off, but if I am it's just because they all just look so young & if so I am sorry not trying to put anyone down) and usually when you have to deal with a bunch of kids with no supervision it doesn't always turn out very well, but someone did their job right and taught the staff very well. Also, want to give kudos to their parents for raising just amazing and caring young individuals.

I had about 12 large boxes that needed shipped to Maine for a family member. The store was extremely busy, however I was helped by Lauren and Mike and they were extremely patient and helpful. I appreciated that tremendously. I will be back.

Do not trust the store hours. Google stated them as open, and the open sign was on. No one was working today, though. Don't even waste your time traveling to this location.

Colby, rudest customer service ever. All I asked was to chech a second name to get my sons APO address for his base in Poland. He picks up the computer screen, turns it around and says"No, this is the only address I have for him." I tried to explain to him it might be under my wifes name, but that was obviously to much work, or beyond his mental capability. Thanks for NOT supporting our troops stationed overseas protecting our country.

Very busy store, but always super friendly staff. The employees work very hard to get my packages to their destination on time. Parking here is tight.

UPS has the worst service, they lose your package and you can't even talk someone, they miss placed my letter 10 days agoand all they keep telling me is: IT'S ON THE WAYUNACCEPTABLE

If they don’t feel like shipping something, they’ll just make an excuse or lie to your face and not ship it. Won’t see me in another UPS store.

I stopped in to this UPS store today to drop off my Amazon return. Amazon does not require you to print your label when making a return. You just take your item to the UPS store they scan your barcode drop it off and they give you a receipt. Location has their own policy that if you do not print your own label that they charge you three dollars per label. I contacted Amazon itself and they said they absolutely cannot charge you and they should not have a charge. The guy refused to help me unless I paid the fee. Amazon was nice enough to just go ahead and refund me the fee that they insisted on charging to print this label after the Amazon lady clearly stated there should be no charge. The guy was so rude and disrespectful. He asked me why I didn't go to the location that I normally go to by my house. He said if I wanted to have better service I should've gone there. This place is a joke!

Goods stolen, box retaped and thrown on front porch. Unwilling to cover replacement of items that were stolen. We have used UPS for years but no more. Extremely disappointed in their conflict resolution. We are not thief's, we are not trying to pull a fast one on UPS we just want them to do the right, ethical thing and reimburse our loss. Extremely disappointed in their "too bad, so sorry, but we can't help you" position. The genuine integrity of a business becomes apparent not when things go well but when they don't. This UPS store gets an "F".
