Always a pleasant experience whenever I visit this store. The associates are always so friendly and very helpful. Special shoutout for Alissia for the service I received. Good customer service is so hard to find these days but there's never a lack of whenever I visit this store. The experience in this store has definitely changed since change of ownership. Thank you all for always being so pleasant and making my amazon returns a pleasant experience.

Charged me 3$ just for 1 black & white regular printout. Told it must be mailed to them for printing - that’s UPS policy. I later realized they wanted me to avoid self printing at the kiosk/machine to extract the service fee. Such a shame!

I never write reviews, but please never visit this store. I went in for a passport photo which was denied not only once but twice by 2 cities. I had to make 2 seperate appointments for a passport which are are difficult to make due to the following issues with UPS photo's; shadowing and uncentered and more shadowing and too far of a distance. Moreover, I had to pay the city to re-take the photo. In addition, when I went in the first time around to explain the photo was denied and requested they retake (as promised by staff upon paying for the photo), the women at the front counter complained and mentioned no one had ever denied her photos. Furthermore, I attempted to stop by the store immediately after my appointment for a refund and left two voicemails. Nothing!

Freddy went above & beyond to help with my package shipping out, Amazon returns and a usps letter going out. He was super helpful and friendly. You can feel the difference since the new ownership took over.
