Ups delivery is just a compilation failures of UPS drivers to do even the most basic attempts at delivery. Had a driver simply drive by my house not even stopping before getting a failure to deliver notification and delaying my package.Further, the fact that the response is to contact customer service via social media v. an official form of contact is beyond ridiculous.
