This visit was better than prior. To print aprox 30 pages it cost about seven dollars this time. The last time it cost us nearly 30.00 to have some pages printed. They have you use a self service computer where you log into your email and obtain the files you choose to print. You request it to print and after they charge you for the time it takes to use their computer and every page you print. It is a good service but overpriced for some ink and paper. The lady who assisted us this time was very sweet and helpful. In the past we have dealt with a woman who speaks way to quickly and way to much. While gouging you for computer time just to print papers. I believe she is a manager of spurts because she was training someone. If she is here on our next visit we will patron a different business.

The staff was excellent, even under severe pressure this first major holiday coming out of the pandemic. While I was there I watched as finger printing, legal copies, notary, P.O. Box services performed in addition to shipping services. I would recommended this store to any business or person needing a service this store provides. Professional, curteous, and reliable service. The store could have benefited from additional staff when I was there, but in these times staffing is difficult for every business.

Brought a mattress , the box was left outside without notifying me. Am a disabled woman and needed help getting the box inside by the door at least. The box could've be stolen.
