This place sucks now and need to update that they don't sell to the public drove all the way over here to make it before 4:30 and the doors were still locked GO ELSE WHERE THEY DONT ANSWER PHONE CALLS EITHER

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible Experience. We STILLL DO NOT HAVE MY SON'S CLOTHES because the staff can not simply copy and paste the address from our original order (well over a month ago) , and then when UPS returns the order to their store, they suggest we come over 40 miles and pick it up. LOL - cute! Then we send you via email the correct address - super simple, a house not an apartment, like preschool level complexity - and Thomas can not even COPY and PASTE the address from the email for UPS. He makes up an address for a street that does not even exist (Cave Creek Highway - huh??? where is this???) and then we have to take time from running our own business to play detective and figure out they once again botched the simple task of mailing us the clothes. We clearly need the clothes for an event. We have sent an email today seeking a response from a member of management regarding a partial refund for all the hassle, updated tracking info to see if we will ever actually get the clothes we paid our hard-earned money for, or to receive a FULL REFUND if (due to their own incompetence) the clothes arrive later than the date of the event where he would need to wear them for football. We are forced to use this vendor as per the direction of the high school and i would never spend a penny here. I do not care if Thomas (the person emailing us) has to get in his own car, and spend his own gas to come bring us the clothes today - that is what should happen. This is becoming all to common in this state - poor customer service, no accountability, and general apathy for the customer. Maybe that is why they are using another name (Game One) - since the reviews for the parent company (Universal Athletic Services) has horrible and accurate reviews. We will contact the newspaper, new channels, blogs, and all other social media platforms if we do not receive our clothes, refund and correspondence from a member of management today. I did tech support for 20 years so I will be sure to share my experience with the entire world if this is not rectified today(5/31/22)!

Used to be a great place to check out new gear but not anymore they no longer sell retail anymore and moved more to custom uniforms and bulk orders. It’s not the same anymore. No wonder why they aren’t open on the weekends anymore

I was searching for several basketball score books and Universal had a large inventory at a competitive price. I have purchased other sporting goods here and have always been treated fairly. This store has great customer service and a great atmosphere.

Just some kids at the front desk who have no clue what they are doing, seemed to care less about why I even walked into the place and on top of that, they charged me for something I didn’t even ask for.

Why bother having a phone when you don’t answer it. This place is a joke of a business, rarely is there anything in stock. Don’t waste your time shopping here or calling about inventory.

Terrible customer service! No response to emails or voicemails. We were told this order would take about 4 weeks In early July. Still nothing. We’ve left messages and emails. No response whatsoever. Previous visits to the store in Peoria were never good but the school requires shirts made by this company so we had no choice but to try them again.....who knew it could get worse? Order B8747 desert heights school.

They only get 1 star because I cant give a 0 star rating. This is the second year in a row that they handled apparel sales with my son's basketball team and have failed to deliver in a timely manner. Very unprofessional. All merchandise was paid for upfront so they have had their money since Oct . Poor Customer Service.

Our football team booster worked with Universal to set up a webpage for parents to order. About a month goes by and we get an email saying our order is in, just come to the store, give the name on your receipt. Easy enough. Came in, did as instructed. Took a while, but they came out with a bag with my receipt showing face up.

I've worked with Universal athletic for screen printing a numerous amount of times over the years. Though it took a little extra time to get our project finished they did get it done and they made everything right. Do not hesitate to use them.
