The staff at this location were so helpful! I went in needing a specific lipstick shade for cheer and wasn’t able to at first. Then the lady who was helping me called over some other staff to also help. After they looked online and checked in all the drawers and displays they went out of there way and called multiple ulta locations until they found one that sold that specific shade and even had the other locations put it on hold for me to go pick up! They also offered to have it delivered to my house with free shipping. Overall the staff at this location was so friendly and very very helpful! Also if your curious the lipstick was in the shade forever curious and it’s from Mac :)

Waited for ten minutes to check out because the sole cashier was selling a credit card to a reluctant customer and the other employees were standing around doing nothing that I could see. Finally my turn and had to wait while the cashier celebrated her sale. For the privilege of buying overpriced conditioner. I won’t be back.

Had a coupon for $10 off a $50 purchase the brands on my products were not on the exclusion list. Asked for a manager and they refused to call one to the register. My daughter and wife have been spending hundreds of dollars here at the Happy Valley store. This is not the first issue we have had with rude, nasty employees.

WORST Ulta EVER they are so racist against Hispanics. Me and my boyfriend were there to find me some new makeup since all of my makeup was stolen from my car.... I was already very upset about my makeup being stolen..... Then we walk into the store and I assume was the manager came straight to us and ask us if we needed help we said no were fine .. she didn't leave our side till we walk out the store she was 3 ft away from us and she shoved flyers and fragrance strips in our faces, she wouldn't leave our side. She even also decided to start acting like she was fixing something right next to where we were looking at. It was a horrible and uncomfortable situation I have really bad anxiety. Made it even worse that she didn't even glance or even give the other "white" people in the store any attention. I was about to have panic attack it was soo uncomfortable so we left...

I stopped in this store yesterday to buy a lipstick and when the cashier Ariana was ringing it up she mentioned a credit card. I had already been wanting an Ulta credit card just like my Sally’s card so I agreed. After I got approved and payment was processed, I was walking out I hadn’t even reached the door and I heard Ariana bragging to the other employees saying “I got her! I got her for a credit card” and “she only saved $2”. I thought it was extremely unprofessional to speak about a customer before they have even left the store. Also, I didn’t care at all about the 20% discount, the lipstick was only $12 and I literally pay my 10 year old triple that amount for allowance every week. I didn’t appreciate it and I also didn’t appreciate how rude she was. In addition she didn’t even greet me when I reached the register. I hope the management see this and reprimands this young lady. She should learn a lesson in customer service before dealing with anymore customers. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth with Ulta, and has me set on going to Sephora instead from here on out!

What is there not to love about Ulta this store in particular was clean organized and the employees were professional knowledgeable and friendly I'll definitely be going back.

This is by far the worst Ulta I have ever been to. The employees are rude and when you do a pick up order the email say 2 hours or less if order before 6pm. I order mine at 5pm it wasn’t ready until 8pm. When I got there the employee were just sitting there doing nothing clearly this store needs better management

I just moved back from Tennessee. I live in the area and used to always go to this ULTA since earlier this year. There was this one employee before I moved and I don't remember her name, but she always wore a bandana and whenever I would go in she would always help me find exactly what I needed in less than 10 minutes. However, when I went looking for a new foundation yesterday I didn't get the kind of help I needed. They kept trying to egg me on about buying high priced foundations that I couldn't afford. Eventually I just let the worker color match me for the foundation they wanted me to try. The color was not even close to my shade. I looked quite orange. After many failed shade attempts I decided to go look at cheaper foundations on my own. I wanted to get color matched in the Juvias foundation so I went to look for a different employee to color match me. When I approached the employee ,who was wearing all black, she said she was too busy helping another customer with her brand. She then said, "if you wait over there, I will go color match you." I was waiting for more than well over 10 minutes by the Juvias make up section. Nobody came to help me. At this point I decided to leave and went to another ULTA where I could get the help like I had before. I am pretty disappointed with the new staffing being little to no help for what I need.

I was greeted nicely and directed right away to the person who could help me. Laurie was great because I was only willing to buy one or 2 expensive products and she did not pressure me at all to replace my $8 mascara, blush and lip products. I thought that was very respectful of her. She applied a few products and taught me some techniques. I would look for her any time to help me.

The employees helped me in a huge way. I walked in and asked if they would give me a spare mannequin head for a costume this Halloween, I even offered to buy one off of them. But they made my day by doing so for free. I can't thank them enough for that, these employees are the most friendly and kind full people.

I went in today with my daughter and had a cashier named Luke. Luke was extremely rude and made smart comments because I didn’t want to donate money. Having Luke as a cashier and the face of the business is an awful idea and very harmful to the business. After my experience today with Luke it has made me never want to give this Ulta business.
