Hugo was my mom's hero today. We came in to find a good matching foundation. He matched her spot on! My mom has had a hard time finding foundation that matches her dark uneven complexion. She asked me to find one for her and Hugo came over right away and save us a full day of decisions.

Hugo is the best. He is so kind and friendly. His knowledge is great and his desire to help ie sincere. He helped me find the right products that I was looking for. He was such a great listener to the likes and dislikes that he pointed in the best direction for not only my skin type and outcomes but also my price point immediately and in the long run. Such a gem to have at the store and so thankful he is at our local one.
So often I shop in this location and I feel like I’m either not acknowledged or that I’m a bother by asking where a product is. Hugo keeps me coming back to the location.

I had the best experience here at The Salon thanks to Jaycie! She has great attention to detail and really went above and beyond. My hair looks and feels so good and healthy. I got full highlights and I am so happy with how my hair came out! Thank you! 🙏

3 stars instead of 1 cause the floor associates were wonderful. Visited this location for a new eyeliner, as well as some perfume and cologne.. the two associates on the floor that offered help were absolutely wonderful and made sure our needs were met while shopping. Check out was another story. Look, I work retail as well and I know for credit cards the store has to meet a certain amount in signups. But, when I have to say no thank you, no I’m not interested, no I’m good, followed by 4 more I said I’m good comments, and little Natalya was STILL not getting it through her head still, I was one more ask from just leaving my things with her. The manager was also right there with another associate.. In this day and age, you can’t be pushing people like that, you never know where they are mentally and you’re just asking for issues. Just say thank you and stop pushing.. Due to Natalya not understanding the word no, I won’t be returning to this location. Credit card quotas should not be a thing. It’s annoying.

Worst customer service... went to check out.. when the rude employee at the register said oh I'm sorry I'm already checking somebody out well there was nobody there that person was still shopping for things in the store that transaction should have been suspended and help the people that were actually ready

I went to this location to exchange a diamond gift foundation due to an incompatible color match. I was advised by one of the store representatives and online that this is possible in store. I waited in line, and once I got to the register I was informed that they will not do this because they recently changed their return policy.
Upon reaching out to their customer service I was informed that no they had not changed the policy but it was up to the stores discretion to honor a diamond gift exchange. Not sure why they lied about a change in policy but i will not be returning to this location again.

I had an amazing experience at this Ulta location thanks to Tatum! She was so knowledgeable and genuinely helpful with recommendations. Tatum went above and beyond, answering all my questions and providing great tips on how to use each product. Her kindness and professionalism made my visit a 10/10 and I walked away with products I love and feel excited to use. Thank you Tatum for your great customer service!!

Won’t be coming to this Ulta any longer. The manager Rachel is always rude and so unhelpful. The last time I was in I was looking for a brand and asked her where it was and she was rude and dismissive saying they don’t carry it. An employee overheard and directed me where it was. A manager should know what products they carry. The final straw today was at the register. The amount of attitude this lady has is astounding. I’ll hit up Sephora next door or another Ulta.
