I completely ruined my phone. Ran it over and had it fly off my car on the highway. Back screen crushed and puffy and the front screen unable to use. I brought my phone in the next day and that had it fixed in under an hour and for a wonderful price too! They were so nice and so wonderful for willing to help and fix it for me! I will definitely be bringing my phone back here if I ever break it again.

I had the pleasure of working with Trent at the Lake Pleasant location. Ease of your process was very simple through your website and beginning to end, service was extremely quick. Trent said that he would be able to have my screen replacement fixed in less than 2 hours, which I thought was incredible. Less than an hour later I receive a call informing me that the service was complete. Talk about under promise and over deliver. The price was reasonable, and I'm happy I didn't have to buy a new phone. The store was extremely organized and clean, I can tell the culture at this location is great. I would highly recommend this location.
