Came in with a part I was looking to replace. Stood for a good 5-10 minutes before anyone asked if we needed help. Then the person just said... don't have anything like that, and didn't offer any suggestions about where we might find it or any alternative solution. He couldn't have cared less about us.

I can't thank Cara McMicken enough for her knowledge, time and help yesterday! We were under a time crunch and she took the time to seek out supplies and gather materials to complete our remodel when everyone else said 6 plus weeks or longer. So professional and helpful. Standard truly has an exemplary employee that is such a positive representation of committment to customer service. THANK YOU again Cara! You are a lifesaver and soooo appreciated! Soooo, I wanted to add on to this post so that I could once again thank Cara. When installing the products purchased it was determined that the supplier omitted a crucial part for our shower. Like the pro that she is, Cara chased one down and is having it shipped. Cara for the WIN ? with customer service. Can't thank her enough. Such a exemplary example of Standard Pluming!
