“I took my Mustang in because the clutch pedal was not returning all the way and shifter was not shifting smoothly. I assumed we would have to replace the clutch which would be costly. It turned out it was a clamp on the hydraulic line leading into the clutch master cylinder. That was not expected for sure. Turns out that the engine builder left it in there when they rebuilt the motor.”

“Not my first time at Wilhelm Auto, they helped me about a year ago but this time something came up that they mentioned to me before ..I needed new suspension. My car is 10 years old and now it’s back to good as new. When the problem arose I knew it might be that because they mentioned it was starting to have “excessive play” sure enough that was the issue. Thank you Wilhelm!”

“Unfortunately I can no longer change a tire myself. Because I live far from the city it's difficult for my roadside assistance to find a company to drive out to change the tire. Quick Towing took the job and drove out. I didn't have to wait any longer than the drive time for the man to come to where my car was. The man's name is Sam. He is very kind, patient and was very careful with my car. He's a real asset to Quick Towing. Thank you Sam for helping me.”

“First off, I want to shout out John Noseworthy! That guy is awesome! I was having an issue with my battery. My car wouldn't start and when one of the service techs came out to meet me they did a test on the battery and said, "the battery is all good man, just needs a charge." So I went and bought a $120 charger, came home and charged it and wouldn't you know the thing still wouldn't start. Now, I'm pissed. This roadside tech just made me waste $120 and I still don't have a running car. Now I have to go to one of these repair shops and deal with these jokers. When I came into their shop I was coming in defensive and super rude. John saw immediately how upset I was. He let me vent for a good minute before he calmly said, "Sir, I'm so sorry that happed to you. I'm gonna take care of you and make this right. He did just that too. Ran a secondary test just to verify if it was possible to charge it. The test came back that the battery was no good. He didn't give me any hassle, just said, "this is under warranty so I'm gonna get it replaced right away and I'll have you out of here in 45 minutes. HE LIED!!!!!!!! it only took 30 minutes and I was on my way. Thank you John for your incredible customer service and patience.”
