Lori is so rude!! She takes no accountability for any mistakes. It's only my job to tell you what I'd like on my items, it's your job to be sure they are correct. Sadly she is just flat out rude & lacking in customer service... Owning our own company we understand how important it is to keep the customer happy but there were two times she messed up our order but flipped it on us & acted like us wanting to see/try on the items we ordered before they went to print was so much to ask... good reason we always want to do that because the items we've chosen seem to always have a difference in the way they fit. She actually had the nerve to literally say to me that " we are always kind of difficult & other people just place orders & go" I was like "well there's good reason to be particular& careful when we place an order for work clothing! We don't just want to throw away hundreds of dollars because you don't want to do your job!" I told her I think it's time we find another company to make our things & she responded by saying "yeah, I don't really mind. You guys are difficult." I was like are you serious!!??? Who even says that to a customer!? Unreal !!! Don't go here!!!! Find literally anywhere else... she's worthless!!! & the way she treated us is unreal
