“My husband and I had a random thought of trying a cigar and stopped by into this lounge while out and about. We thought of cigars something very intimidating to try so we asked one of the workers there for a bit of insight. Devin was absolutely wonderful and recommended us 3 different kinds which were great for beginners, as well as a vanilla infused cigar for myself. His knowledge of cigars and his personality made this whole experience for us very smooth and easy. We will be back!!”

“If I could give them more than 5 stars, they’d have ‘em. Fair prices, friendly staff, & an abundant selection. Employees are very knowledgeable when discussing store product & or up & comping smoke related products. If they don’t have what you need in store they will either direct you to one of their near by sister stores, or take a personalized order that will be filled in a timely manner. With a store environment that’s a close second to family, there’s not many smoke shops that can compete.”

I had multiple questions on how to use a new product and they explained to me what to do.Some if the highest quality glass products I have seen in Arizona.Being a Arizona Native and seeing an Local business here is wonderful. The staff helped me and was not too pushy on selling me something. They wanted to actually help me and to get what I wanted. “I'm kind of laid up right now due to a hip injury and so I called the shop and asked if they could come out and grab my money .. I'm on crutches.. they said no problem and that was so super great. “I live down the street from this shop and I have to say this is one of the best shops in the west valley. Their selection isn’t massive but if they don’t have what you need they will try to accommodate and order it for you. They are super friendly and welcoming as long as I’m in the area this is the only shop I will go to. I wish their hours were extended but I recommend this shop 100%. If you are looking for something super specific order it online, otherwise this is the place to go!! Thanks guys”

“Robert and Sue are awsome, the shop is super clean and very well lit compared to other shops I've been to, I also like the fact they aren't burning incense in the store I personally don't like the smell of them and it seems like all other shops do it all the time. Robert showed me a jini pipe and demonstrated it on his laptop that was awsome of him to do that. They are great people, they have a classic mom and pop shop type of vibe and I love it! Products are well displayed and fairly priced i will shop here again in the future.”
