I normally love this tj max, but they have a new older lady at the fitting rooms and she instantly roller her eyes at me. Very rude to me when I walked out as well, rolled her eyes again. Where is the customer service? Even the lady at Check out was rude. When did they all become old rude ladies?. This location sucks now.

They are always short staff it seems. Long lines to purchase. Product everywhere. But I've always found what I needed and the cashiers were friendly and fast.

While I like some of the items available at this TJ Maxx, the shopping experience is consistently disappointing due to the store's disorganized environment and lack of customer consideration.
The jewelry section is a complete mess, making it nearly impossible to browse properly. The beauty section is no better, with many items opened, dirty, or misplaced in different areas. The bra and underwear section is chaotic—you can’t find the correct size because customers seem to leave items in the wrong spots. The shoe section suffers from the same problem. On top of that, these areas often have an unpleasant smell, which makes browsing uncomfortable.
During my visit, a Hispanic woman, along with her sister and elderly mother, blocked the bra and shoe sections with their carts while loudly squeaking a dog toy the entire time I was shopping. When I politely asked her to stop, pointing out that she should know better, she ignored me and continued squeezing the toy, making it difficult to shop. This lack of consideration was incredibly frustrating.
The clothing section is just as disorganized, making it difficult to find anything. Other sections, such as home decor and stationery, had broken or dirty items for sale, with very limited selection.
At checkout, the experience didn’t improve. A customer dropped glass and tried sweeping it under a cabinet until a worker intervened, telling them to stop and promising to clean it. The cashier assisting me, an older woman with glasses, was unprofessional. She stopped in the middle of removing a security tag from the shoes I was purchasing to chat and laugh with a male coworker. Despite the long line, she only returned to finish removing the tag after their conversation. To add to the frustration, she checked my $20 bill as if she thought it was fake.
If you’re okay with dealing with disorganization, rude customers, and inattentive staff, this TJ Maxx might be for you. Otherwise, I encourage you to shop at a better-maintained store.

The reason I gave two stars is because of the women’s restroom. It was awful. I mean awful. I enjoy shopping the store, but please assign someone to the restrooms prior to opening. I mentioned it to a sales person, she smiled and said “ok” not sure if it got done by the time I left.

It seems like their prices have gone up immensely. Used to b my go to place. I went next door to Burlington and their prices are much lower and a great selection.

I've honestly never been in a T.J. Max before. As I walked in, I was greeted by an employee. The store looked expensive but it wasn't. I bought shirts and dress pants. I was ready to pay $300 or more. It was half of that. Every employee was super friendly and helpful. Customer service is their first priority. I miss that in some stores. Awesome job, team. 👏
