Ok where do I begin ?? This place is a disaster the customer service is atrocious the staff is rude beyond belief let’s start with my first visit May 28 I looked at purses was ready to travel looking for a travel bag rude employee who barely spoke English Screams “Excuse Me” as if I was in her way she was moving items and kept moving items while customers are in the store looking at things and parked her basket in the area . I was calm and moved I. Didn’t need that I thought purchased over $269.00 worth of items was so happy didn’t try on my items had to head to work so ran outta time. New girl checked me out she was sweet.
Fast forward to today rude rude rude staff the give you a receipt made of fax machine paper then complain when the information is blurry or not visible yet they have a 30day return policy but give people a hard time when returning three items which didn’t fit so I encountered Coordinator Rude Nikki oh for the life of me this woman was so rude not just to me but to everyone . The receipt was hard to read but it was a receipt I returned the items after a week within their 30 days three items didn’t fit one of the items was not in the receipt she blurts out “NO MA’AM!” and tells me this isn’t in the receipt and stares at me look woman I don’t need to steal your $19.99 dress I just dropped over $269.00 for merch give me a break ! So she try’s to call a manager took 7mins to get one all the while Sheila is staying why’s the wait so long I just looked at her non one is in the mood for her chatter . Then Jose S the manager shows up they review the receipt they had to reprint and he tells rude Nikki “Customer service” as she storms off mad because she has to deal with another customers return what’s happening here there’s reasons why there is a Now hiring sign upon entering this awful store. Jose S gave me back my funds on my card and gave me my money for the dress they claimed wasn’t on the receipt which isn’t my fault that’s their employees incompetence . This store is a mess I’m pass and goto a nicer location where the staff knows how to handle customers and treat others with respect.

Jewelry lady TOTALLY ignored me but welcomed a better dressed woman immediately. I had been at the gym prior to my TJMaxx run. I was going to purchase 2 pair of sterling earrings but walked away after being snubbed. This has happened at this location before...

I don’t know the woman’s name.. but the woman with shorter hair and glasses that checks out. So sweet! Bless her heart she’s always so kind when I come in and it’s chaotic!

The store is neat and clean, and all staff associates were friendly. Also, checkout was fast.

I have consistently received good service from the associates, although it seems they could benefit from additional help. While the store could benefit from some improvements in organization, the quality of the products is still noteworthy. Overall, I had a positive experience and would consider returning.

The Tj max on Bell road is dirty and nasty ! The bathroom is filthy and I mean filthy gross ! Poop on the seat blood on the door dirty tolit paper all over floor !! The store all clearance people outside soliciting the customers! What the heck !
