My husband and I would highly recommend this office.
Dr. Glenn and all of the staff are professional, proficient and knowledgeable. Procedures that could result in a stressful situation are handled by the staff in a friendly and comforting manner. All members of the office from the front desk, to the procedure rooms are now considered friends rather than just medical staff. Thank you everyone!

This office is the worse!! I had such a horrible experience. I am supposed to have a procedure done they never called me back to let me know what the status was, I had to called them several times and every time I spoke with them they said someone is going to call you back and they never did! I had to reach out to them. Finally I just got tire of waiting and told them to forget about it. It took them 4 months to tell me that they didn’t know what happened. I rather go to an office that cares for their patients and has better communication. I will NOT RECOMMEND this office to anyone!

Everyone is extremely nice. I didn’t know I had varicose, after treatment by Dr Glen my restless leg problems were gone.

I went to Thunderbird Vein to see about my varicose and spider vein issues. Dr. Glenn was very friendly and upfront and his staff is wonderful. I have now had 4 treatments and so far am very pleased with the results. My legs are still a bit sore but feel much better and I don't mind having to wear compression stockings from time to time.

Dr. Glenn was perfectly fine and easy to talk with. They will over book appointments and expect you to wait on them. I had a 2:00 appointment all set. I missed a call from them if I could come in early at 1:30 but didn’t see the message until then. So I left early to help them out only to find out when I got there they had booked an hour appointment for the 1:30 spot and pushed me to 2:30 without calling or letting me know when I got there. Their time is more important than the patients I guess. Plus they are using outdated technology for veins.

Very caring and helpful he answered all my questions and really made me feel comfortable. The staff at Banner Surgical were fantastic. Thank you all I was really dreading this and it turned out wonderful.

Dr Glenn is awesome. Appointments are timely. The process is very easy. You always work directly with Dr Glenn, not a physician assistant. Everything is done right in the office. The staff is great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to check out their varicose veins.
