i love that i chose this location for my p.o. box! i didn’t even see the reviews prior but they are very true to the store. great customer service & the highlight of my day when i come in. vibes are so good they make me want to ask for a job application lol

I had a great experience at this UPS store. They had excellent customer service. I definitely want acknowledge Bryan Ables and James Willard.

Worse postal delivery service ever! The drivers lie and are lazy butt heads! Can't delivery to the house or porch, was told by management they don't get paid for that. We have 12 postal parcel boxes with keys and they don't use them. Post office does nothing about this situation. Lazy overpaid employees!! Need to.be fired for not completing there job description! What happened to RAIN SNOW or SUN??

I was there quite a while designing business cards. Their service is so outstanding when I left I felt like I just visited friends. Except for the part where they took my credit card. That part was more like visiting my kids.

I literally had just come from the FedEx store. The young man there had a similar hairstyle to James (UPS)317374, but the customer service was the polar opposite. James greeted me, and gave me his undivided attention. He introduced himself. He addressed my concerns about sending the document overnight. He did the fax for me. Guaranteeing it was done properly. He was patient with me. He deserves every bonus and or raise. If I could give a ten out of five stars I would.

I went in to return some merchandise and I didn't have the correct information. Jay really went out his way to help me and successfully sent my packages out. He was very kind and helpful, we need more people like that especially in customer service. Thank you, Jay.

First time at this UPS location. Myself and my husband had an awesome experience!! The customer service was the BEST I've ever received!! The owner greeted us as we came in and helped us with all our needs from start to finish. We were so happy with the kind treatment we received. I gave her a big hug and thanked her over and over!! Please check this place out, you wont be disappointed!!

Today was my first time at this UPS store and I experienced terrific service from the moment I walked in the door. They are one of the only places nearby that provides fingerprint services for the AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card and I have to say I’m very impressed because my prints came out perfect on the first try!! They really know what they are doing. I felt very welcomed and the people working here gave off a warm family- friendly vibe.
