I'am just elated that I found these guys by chance I was coming from a furniture store when I saw the name TV Outlet so I stopped in to see what it was all about due to the fact I was shopping around for a 65 inch TV and I am just thrilled I love my LG TV I purchased from the guys and the service was awesome thank you guys so much for taking care of me and giving me all the information I needed about my LG I just would like to add they are kind and curious no pressure selling and they take the time to tell you all about the product anyone in the market for a TV go to TV OutLet you won't be disappointed and you can't beat the price cheaper than( wally world) LOL that's why I purchased on Site . So happy I did . Thank you'll so much.

BACKGROUND STORY:My wife and I just moved from one apartment to another. We hired movers and among the other things that were damaged, of course, my $1,100 65” Samsung Q60T QLED 4K flatscreen was one of them… completely broken and unwatchable.REVIEW:My wife and I then tried finding another TV and started looking at ton of places. Thank God my wife’s Dad recommended The TV Outlet. It’s a store where you can get more than what you pay for (so it’s only natural that any human would love those type of offers). My wife’s Dad has bought 3 or 4 TV’s from this place and said he wouldn’t go anywhere else… and honestly… I have to agree with him.Not only can you get a great TV for a low price, but the customer service was simple and great. Chance, the representative, is a great guy who is mindful of your price range and does NOT pressure you to buy anything at all. He gave us great facts about what to look for in a TV and each TV’s performance capabilities based off their different models/brands. He continuously reminded us that he didn’t want us to buy anything that was out of our budget range. Chance was very professional, respectful and overall very human.So I left out a ton of stuff about Chance and the business that made our experience better than Google’s 5 out of 5 star limit but I would definitely recommend The TV Outlet as my #1 pick. I don’t know when I plan to get another TV but I’ll know where to go when I do.To Chance,Much appreciated for your help dude! Even though you’re just just doing your job, thanks for making the experience a human one. Stay Blessed man!

What an overall enjoyable experience. We ran into an issue with our original living room television and were in need of something new. Upon visiting the store, Greg was welcoming and knowledgeable about all products in stock. He ended up hooking us up with a 75in Samsung and an additional sound bar for our spare bedroom. Would highly recommend for all television needs.

I love doing business with kind people. I struck up a nice conversation with the friendly Greg (I apologize if I got your name wrong). He gave us a great price on a new 65 inch Samsung QLED tv in which I saved hundreds of dollars, AND he even took the care to check if the TV was functioning properly before purchase. He also showed us how to properly put the TV together and take it out of its encasing. Way to go the extra mile! I will refer anyone I can to The TV Outlet in the future.

I purchased a 55 inch Sony, this is the second TV that I got because the first one had issues and this one is by far worse. It's been six months I can't return tv. It's annoying

Greg is awesome! Had problems ordering from a competitor. Stumbled upon the TV Outlet and the great reviews. Boy are they right. Greg came out less than 24 hours later, carefully and respectfully delivered the TV, and made me a customer for life. If looking for a tv and a good deal, give this place a shot!

All the other reviews helped me purchase my tv here. Even though I got similar deal from costco/manufacturer directly I chose this place for quick delivery since it is local and as expected Greg was helpful in fulfilling my order by adding warranty coverage. He even offered help for installation after delivery. I am looking forward to make future purchases here.

Greg!!!! You're a life saver!!!! We really appreciate the hospitality that TV Outlet showed. Just moving to AZ and needed a new TV ASAP! Not only are their deals amazing, but the service is top notch! He was able to delivery it in no time. We will definitely be making another purchase soon! But this was a great experience just while just touching down in AZ.
