I took my Mustang in because the clutch pedal was not returning all the way and shifter was not shifting smoothly. I assumed we would have to replace the clutch which would be costly. It turned out it was a clamp on the hydraulic line leading into the clutch master cylinder. That was not expected for sure. Turns out that the engine builder left it in there when they rebuilt the motor.

I made an appointment this morning to have 2 things looks at on my car. She was polite over the phone. When I arrived, they had not yet put my information in the computer that scheduled the time. She then said that it would be at least an hour and a half until it could be done and then also said that I have to get the entire car inspected. Then, another rep stood up and said that I have to get the entire car looked at for an oil change, which isn't even why I was there. At that point I said im just going to find a new place to go and he said with a chipper in his voice"okay, see ya later!" No respect. No work ethic and zero personality. Don't go here!!

Everything is great. Service was awesome. Truck feels amazing. And that bald handsome guy up front needs a raise. I'm sure there's a picture of his face next to the word efficient in the dictionary. Overall, superb service Scott's automotive.

My 2006 Dodge Charger with 165,000 miles is my “baby” ! Bought it new, and will keep it forever. Have had an annoying clunk in the front end for the last 60,000 miles, took it to 6 reputable shops, all failed to correct the problem. Then I was referred to Scott’s Automotive on Thunderbird. They accepted the challenge, found the problem, corrected it, and I’m a very happy guy. This was a big deal to me, and now Scott’s is my go to shop and I will refer them to others.

I actually learned about this place doing a service call they were very polite and friendly and told my wife about that and said we would have to try,not long after i needed a mechanic and went to them they took my extended warranty and had me a loaner to use. They had to fix the head on my wifes mini van and was very impressed with how they kept me informed and they have done other work since then and i am very happy with them. I usually deal with Tyler but Logan and Andrea are just as friendly and kniwledgeable and really take care of the customer. I give out Scotts Automotives number to whoever has an issue because they are that good. I work with the public and give my customers the same respect as they give me which is huge these days. This is a 5 star place and will (well am next week) keep going to have my vechicles worked on.

If you go to Scott’s you will absolutely be in good hands but if you want to be in the best of hands make sure Malia helps you out. Not only was she timely but she was extremely responsive and made sure to give me updates on all the services being preformed on my car. They even ran my car through the car wash next door before returning it to me.. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere but Scott’s Peoria.
