I called the Bell Road Peoria store and asked for the optical department. I got the rudest person ever answering the phone. She didn't know how to connect me to the optical department and she didn't have a phone number for them. She told me they were vendors and not part of the store. Then she hung up on me

This target is not a bad location but does lack seating and a cafe, the shelves do get a bit messy at times. Staff is very sweet.

Associated in returns were wonderful, but someone needs to tell Jana at self checkout that she works at Target and she isn't a prison warden. Scolding an adult at self checkout who had exactly 10 items (I checked my receipt) just because they were a little large and looked like more is ridiculous. I'm not a teenager, I'm an adult. I don't need to be condescended to when purchasing my items

completely unacceptable behavior from ivan and his supervisor. is he autistic? he inconveninced our party by not only NOT helping them check out, but harassing my MIL due to a simple mistake - a missing tag. as someone who deals with people on the spectrum, ivan was clearly incapable of the basic task of assisting in check out, and his supe is ineffectual. this was approx 330p 1/17/25. Ivan needs to be reprimanded.

I usually do pickup orders from here and haven't had much problems, any of which I did was resolved just by talking to customer service. Would've given a 4/5. Unfortunately we had an cashier who just would not call a manager despite her inability to make any sense in what she was telling me or changer ANYTHING about what she was saying. She tried explaining it using the exact same words. So I was with family and they were trying to use part of a gift card and pay the rest. There was a deal that if you spent x amount you get x back as a gift card. The cashier says that "if you use the gift card it lowers the amount you pay." Ok, yes, that's how gift cards work, and? "No, you're not understanding me. If you use this gift card, you don't pay as much." I asked if that would make it so that I couldn't get the gift card back deal, confused at this point. She once again says "No! You are not understanding what in saying! If you use this gift card you don't pay as much!" At this point I'm lost and somewhat irritated so I just asked her to talk with a manager so we could work it out. She once again tried to say the same thing so we said nevermind just we'll just pay for the damn stuff and despite HER refusal to ask for a manager and what I think was our calm and reasonable ask, she was still snippy afterwards. We left and it's been like 3 hours and I'm still baffled and annoyed. Otherwise a nice Target though, usually no problems

Worst place they don’t answer at the front or the electronics called in the morning at like 8am which isn’t busy now I call today and no answer i literally called 20times just to check if a game was there worst experience ever

1 star because you're stupid bathroom only has one hand dryer and no paper towels. The hand dryer is located in the most inconvenient spot. I literally saw four different people wash their hands and just wipe them on their clothes. Doesn't seem like the most sanitary way to do it.

We are going on a long road trip and wanted to get my 5 mo something more comfortable to ride in. We saw the Graco slim fit was on sale. We went through check out and it was over $200. We went to customer service and they said the deal was expired and didn't honor the posted price. We returned it. They did not remove the sticker off the shelf either... I went to the Walmart website and purchased a similar carseat for a similar deal.... Guess target messed up. I used to be an all Target shopper, but I'll be shopping at Walmart more often.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT FROM ELECTRONICS!!! Nice guy working there and I bought a phone case. Driving out of the lot I checked the receipt and I was charged $4.50 for a 2 year warranty that I never asked for!! Wonder how many other customers he screwed by slipping this charge in there. Very disappointed in Target. And once at the return counter I asked for and received a free fountain drink for my troubles. OMG! The worst Diet Coke I’ve ever had! One sip and threw it away. Disappointing visit today. 😡

horrible location! i opened this fridge and it smelled RANIC. both me and my boyfriend were gagging. youre really letting products get so bad they smell like an expired animal. also, ROACHES EVERYWHERE OUTSIDE! right near the front doors i always see roaches! you guys really cant spray!?!? im now goong to drive the extra 10 minutes for the lake pleasant location.

I went here today to pick up and playstation5 from an online order. I then went in the store and did some other shopping. There was quite a long line at the register so I went to uscan that had zero people waiting. The girl running said I had 4 items too many and made me put stuff back. It was just weird when there was no one waiting in this line. So I called to ask about the situation. The gal running customer service said she was just doing her job and target doesn’t really care what the customers think. I said okay well let me talk to a mgr, I was just curious. She hung up on me lol. I’m not a Karen, I honestly was just wondering. I always put Target higher than Walmart, but not anymore! Thank you customer service person for being honest about the company you work for!
