The gal that did my hair Regan was very nice, I have been to this salon before. The new owners now have a policy that if your service (shampoo and conditioner in this case) exceeds 20 minutes you are charged double. If they had something like if you were 5 minutes over there was a $5 charge or something more fair I wouldn't write this review, but if over 20 it's double is a bit harsh. They tried to do their best, and I am not faulting the gals who work there, but the New owners have lost me as a customer. There's 2 other locations within reasonable distance that I will go to instead. Sorry! Not paying double at 25 minutes they did all they could to help me.

This Super Cuts has amazing service. I was greeted by Lupe with a hello and how are you doing ? Lupe took my daughter right away. She was extremely professional and courteous. My daughter told me after the experience she felt comfortable as Lupe trimmed her hair. Lupe saw my daughter needed her ends cut more and she asked me my thoughts. I told her to do what she felt needed to be done. My daughter’s hair looked much more healthier with that trim. We will be back at this location. All of the stylists were extremely welcoming and professional. Great job at this location.

I’ve been going to Supercuts with my husband as well several times… Marcello cuts our hair and we are very happy with the results. He is consistent and professional and when I show him a photo of what I want he does just that! We highly recommend Marcello!!! Marlena and Robert

I asked for a#3 on the sides and finger length across the top… what I got was scalped, I haven’t had it this short since my dad used to cut my hair back in the 50’s I will never go back to Supercuts
