Lady at TSA precheck told me I can't sign up for TSA precheck because my permanent resident card cannot be signed. They don't have a "flatbed scanner" and she told me the only staples that I can sign up at is in Tucson, AZ because they have the flatbed scanner. This didn't make sense to me so I visited the staples in Goodyear and the guy said no prob, scanned my card, verified my id and information, I was cleared and had my TSA precheck KTN number in 3 days. The TSA section at the staples in Goodyear was much better than the experience I had at this location. I had to drive 35 minutes out of my way just because this employee gave me false information.

Shaun is a horrible manager you can’t make complaints to him. The tsa girl doesn’t give you the correct info and dose not know enough about her job to actually get things done.

Jackie, who I assume is the manager, would be the soul reason I would never come back to this location. She doesn't acknowledge your existence and acts like a robot minus being kind or polite.
The cashier doesn't even follow basic human interactions.
The vibe is negative in this place.
The blond or bleached haird girl is the only one who was willing to help others.

Came in for TSA precheck. Phoebe was terrible. I registered online as a walk in. Upon arrival, I was signed in and told it “would be just a little bit.” A couple walked in that had gone home for something and came back. At this point, they should have also been treated as walk ins. They were immediately taken before me along with 4 other people. When I advised I had to leave for an appointment, Phoebe told me if another person walks in while I waited she would be taking them in front of me too. There are no locations near our home and it took us an hour to drive to/from Staples only to be ignored the entire time.

My charitable organization, the West Valley Ovarian Cancer Alliance, discovered our older card reader no longer functioned. We needed it the next day, so I found Staples had a Square for IOS phones, ordered it, and it was ready within an hour for pick up! Is shopping at a local business with excellent customer service and products in stock, enough reasons to continue choosing Staples? I vote, YES!

TSA pre check program is terrible!!!!! Made an appointment and showed up to a group of 20 waiting. Why make an appointment if you have to wait hours for the one staff member to help you. This is a joke!!

Drove 40 minutes to get to the closest TSA approved center for a schedule time slot. Once I arrived, ON TIME, the store manager told me the person responsible for the TSA check took a late lunch and wasn't going to be back until an hour after my scheduled meeting. She was unsympathetic and had zero appreciation for my time. And when I expressed my disappointment, she said she wasn't responsible, even though she was the store manager. Beyond disappointing.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Did not call when said they called. Ordered Sunday for pickup Monday. I called Monday and was told they ordered my order out because it's alot of cards. I thought this was a printing place. Now they're telling me Thursday. W.T.F.Also seen this disgusting display. Will add pictures
