Terribly managed business. My doctor ordered two ct scans. Had a call from their offices the day before to remind me of my appointment and to ask me to arrive 15 minutes early. When I got my email confirmation it only showed 1 of the 2 tests scheduled. As I had to close up shop for these tests, I thought it best to inform the doctor. She immediately sent them an electronic message to confirm her orders. At night I opened the patient portal as instructed and filled out the pre appointment registration. Thinking all was well I showed up early for my appointment. There was a line. Apparently they had a computer issue and only one registration computer was working. When I finally got to sign in I was notified I was only scheduled for one test. I handed the receptionist the two orders. I told her I was not coming back if both were not done today. She said she would see what she could do. Then she hands me registration papers to sign in. I told her I did it on the portal as instructed. She said they are not here Filled out the paperwork again. When I was called back for my test the operator said he would do them both because it would only add about 18 seconds to the procedure. He was fantastic. As usual the talent is hard at work in the back while the others waste time. Too much of a hassle on top of the fact I was concerned about the reason for the tests. No more for me.

Tech was not careful to help with disabilities. I know he couldn't pick me up but a steadying hand for support would have been nice. Broken wrist and bad back.

Bad customer service!
2 girls are sitting in the front and i just needed to check in. There is nobody in front of me, one of them saw me (customer) amd decided to go somewhere another one is typing something and she told me to wait a second, here is me waiting her second for a 5 minutes already, finally the other girl came back and checked me in.
Some people dont care about the quality of their work since they will be paid hourly anyways. Customer service sucks!

I had a great experience at this location. Tina was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the process. I was impressed with the efficiency as my results came back the next day. Highly recommend!

The CT technician was great--he gets 5 stars!
The CT reading department did NOT have my reading done within the 3-5 days as promised. Here it is, Saturday--7 days after my CT, the CT still hasn't been read, and my doctor appointment is this Monday at 8:00AM. The CT reading department gets 1 solitary star.

When I 1st walked in I was greeted with a smile and kasaih. Helped me with copay. She was so kind. Then Troy the MRI tech talked me through it and he made sure I was comfortable. Tina was there and she gave instructions. It was the best MRI I ever had. For the 1st time I did not feel claustrophobic. Thank you for a great experience.

The technician was fantastic. Even though I had an open MRI was was having problems with claustrophobia. The technician was very patient with me, made suggestions and after the third attempt he was able to do the MRI. Thus is the second time I've been to this facility and I have nothing but praise for them.

Staff at front desk was friendly and professional. Emily, the mammogram tech was very very sweet, friendly, and helpful. Much better experience this time than my first visit at this location.

Friendly personnel, good communication, no problems. Some locations better than others for being close to on-schedule.
