I was told Sherwin Williams would give us a couple free samples so we could decide on which color to paint our house. Not the case, so I went to there competitor right down the way who happy to accommodate, and I'm thrilled with the color we chose. Sherwin lost hundreds of dollars over a few small paint samples.. Bad business!

The store is great, but they had their hands tied by Sherwin-Williams. Sherwin Williams will NOT supply them a quart of SuperPaint for touchups or small areas. We had to buy a gallon. They will supply a quart of different type of paint, but not "SuperPaint." The store made up for it a little with better pricing. Much appreciated!

This is the WORST store imaginable !!! Being a contractor for over 35 years we love SW paint! Living in Peoria this location is a bit closer than others so it’s convenient to stop on the way to get paint for our jobs. 40% of the time there is a sign on the door saying “closed due to machine issues” or “employees not showing up”…. Today, on our way to Scottsdale we went in (shocked they were actually opened on a Thursday) and ordered another 5 gallons of the SAME paint we’ve been using. Leonardo pulled up our account, confirmed what paint it was, as well as the sheen of paint we needed. After mixing it he offered to carry it to the car and off we went to Scottsdale to deliver it to our crew who is already waiting on the job. Once we looked at it we realized it was the wrong color, AND the wrong sheen! Calling the store, speaking to Leonardo he apologized and said we could come back, ( a 40 minute drive EACH WAY) and get the right paint. Furious we said no, have someone bring it to us at the job as we have several people on payroll waiting for the paint . He was nice enough to say he would get on it right away and call us back. After no phone call, my husband called the store and comes to find out he had left for the day and they knew nothing about the mishap! The store manager then proceeded to lie and say she called and left us a message but that never happened. This store should NOT even be a location bc they are WORTHLESS!!!!

I go to Sherwin-Williams because the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, they have the paint I need, which is quality paint, and they keep a computerized record of my paint purchases for easy reference.

We've had mixed reviews with this store in particular. For the most part, we've walked in, ordered our paint, and been pleased. This weekend we ordered a gallon of exterior paint on the Sherwin Williams site to be ready at the 83rd Ave location. The payment went through and was processing. When we went to pick it up, the guy behind the counter said quite curtly to my husband they they never carry that particular paint in their store. Both my husband and I felt as though he was scoffing at us for even thinking he'd have that paint, almost like we should have known. We had been getting this exact paint at the Lake Pleasant location but picked the 83rd Ave location as it was on our way with some errands. It's fine that they didn't have the paint we wanted but here's the deal: the confirmation email says the store will contact you with any issues (they did not) and he didn't need to make us feel like we were in the wrong. He could have easily said, "Oh man, I'm so sorry, we don't have that paint in our store". He was rude enough that we will not return to this particular location. We placed our order with the Lake Pleasant location and were treated kindly in that store.

The sales associate (believe his name was Alex) was very helpful in assisting me in obtaining and purchasing the paint that they did not have in stock at the time. He called another store to locate the paint and had it delivered to the store. When I arrived the paint was already mixed and ready. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I greatly appreciate your assistance.

I feel I need to rave about how helpful the manager of this store was today. I have been trying to figure out the colors for my house, on and off for several months, that was painted 13 years ago by the builder. But the community office, which I would have thought would have the names of the paint (I'm only grandfathered in with those colors, otherwise I have to go through an approval process).But they no longer have the colors. I have been going back and forth to a closer paint store but could never figure out the colors. I went to this SW store and was going to have to drop big money for a color snap (usually builders are the only ones that are willing to drop that kind of money to get the exact color). The manager let me barrow one they had available!. He saved me $60.00! I will be going back to THAT Sherwin Williams store and buying only their paint! They proved they cared about me and my problems. Thank you sooooo much! Awesome folks!
