We were helped by Jonathan on picking out colors for painting our exterior back wall. We were pretty indecisive on what shade to do and what undertone. He walked us through the colors and offered a lot of helpful tips. When our order was placed it took less than 15mins to be ready and he also help walk out the paint to my car. We recommend this location highly and appreciate your help Jonathan. Thank you so much. ?

Recently bought a home and doing some interior panting so thought we would try out SW and have had such wonderful experiences with the staff, they are friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond. Angel in the lake pleasant location has been beyond amazing!

Will never buy paint at this store again. Bought $2,000 in Superpaint to paint my father in laws’ house. Had to order it and wait three days to get the paint. I had to call to see if they had my order together. Went to pick it up, Angel, store employee, wheeled it out and never offered to help get it in my pickup. These are multiple 5 gallon pails! I’m a senior citizen!I loaded the paint and immediately the paint started leaking in my pickup! Told Angel he needed a box because the paint was leaking. The cans were on their side in a box, now leaking fast. Pulled the cans out and the rims on several cans were severely bent from hammering? The lids were never going to seat properly, yet they sold them to me anyway! I’ll drive across town before buying anything from this store again!Had my wife picked these up these leaking cans up in her new SUV we’d be in a lawsuit to clean her car.

When the Lake Pleasant location first opened, I was pleased with the experience. These days, I travel a bit further to the Sherwin Williams on 83rd and Union Hills for better service. Managers are only available at the Lake Pleasant location a couple of hours on weekdays. Teenagers/college students with no authority to make decisions and an overall lack of experience and people skills are essentially running the store. I'm all for hiring kids (and I know there's a labor shortage) but not at the expense of customers. Adults need to be in the room, so to speak. Out-of-stock paint is also an industry-wide problem: the staff at the store on 83rd will call around and find what you need, then call you back when they have a solution; the store on Lake Pleasant will fail to call you back and may even say to you (as one teenager did), "I don't know what to tell you." Sherwin Williams paint is more expensive than average. Depending on the job, there are times when I'll also go to Home Depot or Lowe's where the staff is older and more experienced, and paint is more readily available.

Employees are nice. Store sucks ... several times I go there to get very common paint (Super Paint, Interior, Satin) and they never have enough or even any in stock! Last time I wanted 3 gallons, they had 2. Today I just needed one gallon, and they have NONE! Maybe I should start using Dunn Edwards.

A new store on Lake Pleasant! It is veryconvenient and hopefully, will be a great store in the future. I have been @98 percent pleased. They have a great weekday crew, so give them a visit.Sherwin Williams products are top-notch.

This was my first visit to the Sherwin-Williams on Lake Pleasant. I love this new store - conveniently located, well organized and immaculate. I had several custom paint orders to fill today - the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Arielle and Curt were very helpful and accommodating. We had a major problem matching up a Frazee Paint that was used on Homes in Trilogy at Vistancia because the HOA hadn't updated their paint samples. They apologized several times for taking their time matching what should be the colors correct and I'm thankful for that. Great store and am delighted it's close to our development.
