“Mission RV really helped us out. My husband and I were in our RV on the way to New mexico to visit family when we got stuck in limp mode halfway there, in phoenix. We couldn't drive more than 20 miles an hour. We searched for hours to find someone to help us. No one was available (it was a holiday weekend). Last minute, called Mission RV, they had a spot available at an affordable price. We left it there for 2 months. The lot was clean, well organized, and gated. We can't thank you enough, mission RV, for having such great, friendly staff you truly were our silver lining. Forever grateful”

“I’m not exactly sure how I feel yet about this company the day I’m signed my contract. There were a lot of hiccups and hurdles. It kind of raised a red flag. But the location is convenient and the price is right and I do love the fact that they don’t raise their prices but once a year.”
“First impressions: professional, friendly, accommodating and informative. Had 26 ft travel trailer stored at a different storage location and services were being pulled back but rates increased. Arrowhead RV was recommended by a family friend who stored their travel trailer there for a long time. Facility is clean, organized, spacious. Everything is paved, has a wash bay with actual functioning equipment, a full (not just a dry) waste dump station and functioning fresh water and air equipment. So far so good, just signed up but these were my first impressions. P.S. yes they make you fill out proper paperwork, send in copy of DL, registration and insurance paperwork, but that is what I would expect from a professional facility that stores my 50K travel trailer! P.P.S. The best part? 24/7 access with your keycard and code, not like others, where you can only go daytime (and that at 117 degrees in the summer!!!)”

We had to downsize our storage unit and Kathy the manager was very easy to work with, made the change without a hitch. (Had to rent the new one on line, and had to call to have her unlock the new storage since we couldn’t make it on a day they are open.
I still disagree about the holiday closures, but that’s the corporate issue.
**They would get more stars if it hadn't been for what happened to me and others on Sunday. I drove 90 miles to get there. It's the closest storage that has climate control available for us.
We were unable to access our units because the gate was locked for HOLIDAY HOURS! ( found this later as the sun was on the keypad and couldn't read the issue)There was no holiday, I was able to get in because there was a guy that was already in. But then I couldn't access my inside unit and that was when I saw the holiday hours. So I was LOCKED INSIDE because you can't get in or out without your code! There emergency after hours sends you to the police dept! So I called them, they came out about 20 minutes later, they had a contact for after hours BUT NO ONE ANSWERED!! Meanwhile the guy that had come in had gone and we trying to figure out how to get me out. The guy luckily came back and I was able to leave. But there were several other people with the same issue.
Monday I get a call apologizing for the incident from Kathy the mgr, explaining they had entered the wrong date for the closure, they are closed all holidays.
So why the do they care if we go into in our units on holidays or not? They aren't there on Sundays (or obviously in case of emergencies) so why should holidays make any difference? It was either her or Frank the Dist mgr that said they want people to spend holidays with their families?!?? What?!? They now want to monitor people's family time? The whole incident was ridiculous, and they don't have any good reason for the holiday issue. If you want more access it's a very convoluted process which I am going to try to get authorization for.
I have never rented a unit that was closed for Holidays and am checking with another place down the street to see availability because THEY ARE NOT CLOSED ON HOLIDAYS.”
“We have stored our RV here a couple of times and will continue to always choose HoneyBee! They are transparent with their pricing and don't spring additional charges on you right after you sign up. The gate is always locked and you must have a code to get in!We have stored at other "gated" storage lots but they were a joke since the doors were open during business hours anyway. It is a safe place and it even has a dump onsite for you! Highly recommended !!”

“Great place with helpful staff. Erica (mgr) was helpful and always there to assist staff to ensure we, as the customer, were well served. She gave us a hint and showed us how to use a particular lock on the back of the truck since it was tricky to get it to work. Check in and Check out was easy and very clear. Details were given so we knew what to expect. Cost ended up being less expensive than we planned! The young man that brought up the truck explained everything well and gave us very good suggestions about using the truck. Only feedback I would offer is that the person checking us in did not really have much knowledge about how the liability insurance worked. The staff should emphasize that your regular car insurance will NOT cover any damage to the truck or to others' property if there is an accident. I knew this from having been an auto claims adjuster in the past. Otherwise, very patient and professional staff and clean office and truck. We will recommend this location to others and use them again in the future.”

“Always had a good experience coming to this USPS station. Very fast service with no lines every time I've been there. Though the USPS service is inside a Storage Facility building, they seem to have all the shipping materials and services you would find at a regular USPS Office. Pickup time for the USPS driver is at 2:00pm, so get your packages before that time. Parking space is limited.”
