The prices are very good if you shop at Goodwill your stupid because Saver's are 100% better. And most of the clothes and furniture, all look very good some things even new. The store has been bringing in newer items every week and they still have better prices than Goodwill.

Customer service is ridiculous older lady at the checkout must hate her job she dose not greet anyone or thank anyone for coming in she also ignores anybody of color at the jewelery counter I stood there for 8 minutes ignored she looked right at me multiple times then I asked for help she said someone will be over and she never asked anyone to help then a white customer walked up shoot she may as well ran out of her shoes to get over so fast to help them then I was still ignored when I asked to see something I may as well not even existed to her for asking she's a mean old witch and needs to just quit

Was here just 2 weeks ago. BOY HAVE THEY CHANGED. Prices have skyrocketed, 20$ for a dress they got donated. What's up with that. I'll b shopping at Walmart clearness. Not worth trucking down there 100 miles for high prices. They can keep their donations. Bye bye Savers.

Had a nice experience with Luca. This associate helped me with the self check out and answered all my questions. She was pleasant and outgoing, which is a nice change with customer service! We had a delay in the check out process and she offered me a coupon to use the next time I visit. I will definitely be back. The store had a wide selection of clothing, shoes and household items. I found pants ranging from $3.00 to $15.00 and shoes for $7.00. The store was clean and the manager was friendly. To finally experience quality customer service, I would come back for that alone! Thank you Luca

I was off Savers ever since they decided not to bring back their dressing rooms after the Covid crisis. But, I thought I'd give them one more try. Knowing that I couldn't try on the 5 pairs of pants, I was dilligent to keep the receipt so I could return the ones that didn't fit. I went back today and had just enough time to return them, but she said no. Not only is there no refund (which I knew) but also no credit! You have to stay and choose something else and do an exchange!I'm not sure who they think their clients are, but most us work and can't spend a lot of time trying on more clothes when we just want a credit to use later.Savers may be doing well financially, but it won't last once everyone realizes that not only are their prices way too high but now they are keeping our money because they don't let you try on or return clother when we find out they don't fit.Savers has failed us.

I love this store. Haven’t been back to Goodwill or any other thrift store since I moved here and started shopping at Savers. Jason, the manager is awesome and Tyler provides excellent customer service.I always fine great slightly used items.

Horrible customer service at this location today. One of our kids was purchasing items and apparently one of the items was marked incorrectly. The checker said they could not sell the item to him because it was incorrectly marked. He politely asked if there was anyone that could mark it correctly as he really wanted that particular item. She told him no and refused to sell him the other items he had. Lost business for sure!

Everything is priced so high now selling stuff as if brand new when it's used and abused. Lady at the jewelry counter always restocking and "too busy" to help even though she helped a customer right in front of me but refused to help me

HARD PASS! DON’T GET BURNED!I rarely have a customer experience that is so bad, I am compelled to leave a negative review and warn fellow shoppers. But here we are.Savers has closed the fitting rooms meaning you have to buy the clothes to try them on at home. So I purchased several pairs of pants thinking I could return them for a refund if they didn’t fit, you know, like at any other reputable store with reasonable customer service. Wrong! Had to find out the hard way there’s no refund for items that don’t fit. Even with a receipt! I’m sorry, what?? These are not even new products. They are used goods donated to Savers for free! You’ve got to admit, that is bold. But wait, it gets worse! Returns are only for store credit AND they expire after two weeks. I had to dig for this information because the clerks were not forthcoming. Not surprising since I’m sure the they know how unpopular the policy is.I am still shocked at how blatantly bad this is. At the very least you could make the policy clear to people at checkout. SMH. Never coming back.
